Jisoo doesn't really exert more effort because her voice is naturally powerful and stable. This girl proved haters that she is not just a visual. She can dance perfectly and sing with a stable voice.

Jisoo has a good voice, but is nasal too and is out of tune too many times. They have potential, but the most powerful voice is Jennie's, she doesn't have so much vocal preparation, but still is the most tuned, a professional said all of it in his video, and it's true.

It's understandable that she's not the best in BLACKPINK because she was supposingly to debut as an actress not an idol. Due to some reasons (trainees who were supposed to debut in PinkPunk former name of BLACKPINK had left YG), so she had no choice but to debut as a member in BLACKPINK. But it doesn't matter because she's improving a lot like we all can see her huge improvement over the years

She's always on tune, she has good vibrato, her high notes have a cracky/screaming kind of sound which is a technique many amazing raspy voice singers use (such as Sia, shakira, pink etc), of course her sexy husky voice, her sweet high notes. She did crack in the 'clarity' performance but what singer hasn't and she's still improving! Imagine how good she'll be when her solo hits or just in a year or so!
