Joan is so important. An empathetic, uniquely sensitive woman who made it strong and whole to the other side of fame. No wonder Lana looks up to her. I think Joan is very good for her. Love these women❤
Well I don’t know where to start but I’m a big fan of lana del rey since 2011 and my parents love Joan’s music since years, they ended up liking lana ( the only singer from this decade that they liked). two different generations, I ended up liking joan baez music a lot. Thank you for the team who worked and made that documentary and thank you lana for this funny and interesting conversation. Joan is definitely an icon, a woman that created and open doors for artists nowadays. She’s real, from her strength to her vulnerability. Thank you for that documentary where I learned more about her and just confirmed how amazing she was, is and will be.
