    Hello mam, aapki yoga mein 1 month se follow kar rahi hoon. Mera jab periods ata hai to abdominal pain, back me pain or right side pet me dard hota hai or yeh dard right side leg tak chalti hai.yehi pain periods khatam hone ki bad bhi hota hai.kya karu mam. Conceive nehi kar pa rahi hoon.kya yeh hydrosalpinx hai.please help me mam .

      Some women have periods days like this with so much discomfort. But with Yoga you can overcome these symptoms. Practice Daily, i used to have these type symptoms in my before yoga Life, but all changed now i don't have any discomfort. Dont think of Hydrosalpinx

    Hi mam
    Mam period me eh yoga kr skte hai mai mere three miscarriage huye hai egg thek hai repture b hota hai baby grow nhi krta. Third miscarriage ke bad dr. Ne bola tha ki linning sahi nhi hai. Dec. Month me hme try krne ke liye bola tha. Conceive nhi huya bhut preshan hu. Meri ik beti hai 9 year ki. 10 year marriage ko ho gye hai 36 age hai meri. Koi solution btao plz. Mam

      36 year is not much as far as you are Healthy. You can practice this yoga (30min) and morning walk (30min), just avoid heavy flow days. Maintain Healthy Lifestyle, Simple food, lots of fruits, drink water 3-4 liter.

      Hi Guddy, this condition is body structure (sort of natural basis) it need surgery correction. Yes it create problem in pregnancy if divison is deep so must talk to Gynecologist. Practice yoga to have healthy blood flow towards Uterus

    Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating.
