I lived on the 200 block of Washington. It was the worst neighborhood ever! Why would anyone want to sit on a big porch in the middle of the ghetto? With that accountant on the corner of Allegany,, the one who pimps underage girls out to the lawyers - this is going on in your front yard!!!
