He says the ANC can never be influenced by the DA, as the movement is more radical and pro-poor.

It's strange how what he says is making such a fuss. Revolutionary gear for what? So that we can get rid of whites? To make sure that Coloured people's voices aren't heard? Even if you ever manage to do that, there will be tribal war in the same way it was always done. There is no party, race or tribe that is in majority. And the point of the rainbow nation is to ensure that everyone is accounted for. What's the problem with that? The only reason the ANC proposed the government of national unity is because as usual Cyril Ramaphosa is too much of a corward to just pick a side and make a stable coalition with a party that aligns most closely with their ideals. Instead he again wants to be a consensus President which will ultimately just lead to stagnation and failure as you can never have consensus between 14 different parties and ideologies. So as with his wasted 5 years where he accomplished nothing, so too South Africa will just muddle forward totally directionless.
