Ulmus parvifolia 'Emer II' or 'Emerald Vase' (selling name Allee) is a Chinese Elm cultivar that was cloned from a tree planted circa 1910 on the University of Georgia campus at Athens. This is the elm I on the coast of Louisiana U.S. planted 5 years ago and is now 71/2 meters tall. It seems resistant to Dutch elm disease so far because it’s beautiful and we have had the worst heat and drought on record here ever! Most trees are suffering terribly. Climate change is here sadly we are on the front lines. I enjoy watching your channel thank you.
Let us hope that the Elm takes its deserved place back in the forests of Europe and America. Climate change and pests and diseases are a horrible thing that have the plant world in trouble. Glad you enjoy our offerings. Regards Stephen

Such a pretty driveway with that delicate shade on either side. Love the blue bells. One of my favourite memories from childhood are the great swaths of blue scillas in the spring 💙 Thanks for sharing all this 🇨🇦
Gorgeous driveway, thanks. My trick when pulling out forget-me-nots, if I remember in time, is to use my rubber washing-up gloves, so at least my gloves don't get full of seeds!
The field of bluebells looks lovely. But I didn't plant them, yet i am fighting them off in my garden. Can't forget forget-me-not because the burrs are on my gardening gloves for the rest of the season. Unless I try your method 😂
