Sexton is ridiculous. 38!! It will take a quality, smart IQ showing from the AB's to win. Worth watching!!!!
Sexton is phenomenal. Pains me to admit
His last hope
Worth watching 👀. No shit Sherlock
Seston is a master and the whole Irish team are lethal now, good match!!
Sexton was made to look average 😂
Congratulations to NZ on their victory in a match that had everything. Both teams were immense. I hope all the non NZ anti Irish brigade (mostly Wales and Scotland) are celebrating tonight. I'm a very proud Irish supporter who is proud of my team in victory or in defeat. Onwards and upwards. I will be supporting our neighbours England in their game against Fiji tomorrow. Respect ☘️☘️
Well done and hope you win it now. Us Irish love our team but outside our team it's always New Zealand we love. Go win it now
Fitzpatrick what a legandary ref awesome 😅
Sean. A great guy, Capt and All Black. Always worth listening. Considered. Sense of humour too. That England game vs NZ in 2019 was easily the best performance from Eng I've arguably seen. Wow. Ireland are very, very good. Telea out makes it not the AB's top 23...but they can still do it. Big call by Fozzy.
Wow to hear Sean Fitzpatrick again. Admired to this day. SA fan.
Nice interview. Should be a good game....no red cards....
If i wasnt an Irish fan, and looking at it objectively I'd be picking Ireland by more than 7. But because im Irish, i don't want to jynx it...i really do think the QF mental block will be in the players minds, especially if its very close coming into the last 10-15 mins. You can never write off the all blacks, but i really think they're vulnerable here. I don't think they have the confidence previous teams have had.
We saw how Christie against the France , and when Royguard came in the subsequent games - thought he is going to be our weapon in the knock out stages. Royguard's non selection is very confusing . Foster claims he needs better defence around the ruck - we have to take his word for it. He also mentioned before the France game - not to expect the players at their peak at that time - again , we have to trust what he says. I hope he knows what he is talking about. Time to deliver Mr Foster! I hope you are right
Royguard is bigger and quicker . His hair colour doesn't signal direction as much as Christie .Stronger would suggest better defence by Roy guard
I give Ireland the edge. If the ABs front up and disrupt the Irish game, it will be an epic game.
Yep, Ireland are favorites and the AB's have a 47.8% chance so it is close!
Sean for coach!! and Devy for ball boy!!!
Fitzy"s famous quote " a game of two halves"
And full credit
We are going to beat Ireland. The pressure is going to get to them when things go wrong. Different pressure in the RWC. When the ABs win they’ll say Ireland peaked to early.
Allblacks South Africa final. Bring on the old foe.
Grand Irish names there Devlin and fitzpatrick
Didn’t anybody notice Roigard hesitating to clear the ball at times against Uruguay? Cane and Frazer cleared it for him a couple of times.
Rubbish.. Watch DuPont..
When half backs delay its on purpose to drag defenders in.
Foster has been sheltering roigard. Plays when the game is in the bag or opposition is weak. Surprised but glad findly is on the bench instead.
Consider the following for NZ:
1. In terms of backup 10 minutes into the game or 60 minutes into the game, there is good backup for all the positions. Against a solid team like Ireland where solid support and experience is required behind the pack, if change is needed after 10 minutes ( God forbid) would you prefer Roygard or Christie? My opinion is that the selectors have got it right.
2. Imagine 20 minutes to go, game is tight, all the subs are in BUT with the following surprises… Whitelock packs with Retallick and Scott Barrett replaces Frizell to maintain height in the line outs, Dalton replaces Sam Cane, and surprise surprise … all three playmakers on the field with Rieko replacing Leicester on the wing…. we will be solid yet creative in the field and a ton of experience ( more than Ireland) bringing us home.
Add to this the fact that the Irish first 15 have been playing all the games to date … will they be tired mentally, will they be frustrated that they have not put away the game, are they worried they are letting down their supporters, they did lose to Scotland in the last 10 or 15 minutes … will that happen again. NZ has been a favourite or the favourite before all World Cups prior to this World Cup, they too had several winning streaks longer than 17 yet they did not win all the World Cups … would all these things affect the Irish game in the last 20 minutes?
Given it considerable thought, haven't you. I haven't a fcken clue.
I can guarantee that Ireland aren't worried they are letting the supporters down. We love this team and they have done us proud over and over.
And "lost to Scotland for 10-15 minutes"? I hope we lose to NZ in exactly the same way.
EIRE ABU!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣hook me up with your "slinger" please?
I need some of whatever you're smokin?
NO
When exactly did NZ have "several winning streaks longer than 17"? That's just not true!
They've had a few unbeaten streaks (including draws) longer than that, but the only longer NZ winning streak, was the 18 tests won from Aug 2015 to Nov 2016 - when they were beaten by Ireland in Chicago, as it happens.
A record which Ireland can match, if they win on Saturday - just yet another fascinating subplot, that makes this matchup even more compelling.
C'mon Ireland! 🇮🇪
The kiwis can support Ireland after the game since we have 3 kiwis on the team. 😊
Roigard would have been great off the bench..
SA and France laid the blueprint on how to beat NZ....Huge gap between the ABs and the chasing pack but there is also a gap between the top 3 teams ahead of them....
That maybe so. But what you're talking about is how they beat an out-of-sorts NZ. That's what NZ has been of the past 2-3 years. It certainly helps your claim when they have been their own worst enemy. Let's be honest.
@@gitahvairis9956 "they have been their own worst enemy" -starting with the choice of head coach.
I think that you’ve missed out on something here. New Zealand are actually part of “…the chasing pack…”. You haven’t picked up on that fact yet, have you?
@@gitahvairis9956- 2 or 3 games is NZ being “out of sorts”. 2 or 3 years suggest that New Zealand have been surpassed, and by three sides. And that aura is gone, and that was worth 10 points a game.
@@sirmurf 😂😭😭😭 say no more, you couldn't have said it any better Champ
So, what we’ve actually got nowadays, is something akin to Ireland telling not just the AB’s, but telling the world “…..this is how we play. Come and beat us…..”. And that’s the conversation nowadays. The AB’s are definitely the underdogs in this game. The World Order has changed. And New Zealand are only being spoken about now in terms of what they used to be, with the aura of the iconic words “All Blacks”, the only reason why some people are failing to accept that Ireland are now the world leaders.
Now, while New Zealand won’t actually slip lower than number four in the World Rankings if they lose to Ireland, what it means is that no. 4 is as good as NZ can hope to be until about the final 6 months approaching the next WC four years from now. Maybe no. 3 in the rankings is achievable in about two years. But the next WC is definitely the target for the AB’s. Forget about this one.
Ireland should win this upcoming game, by about 10 to 15 points I would imagine. I sincerely hope they do. In fact, as an Irishman (and a fully committed Leinster supporter), I hope they win by considerably more than that. Putting 40 or 50 points up against New Zealand, would then dispel any illusions that New Zealanders have about their position in world rugby.
There's confidence and then there's whatever is going on in your head. Take it from a fan of a team that has blown knockout games they should have won many times, cautious optimism is much better for your mental state. I don't think we're going to beat you either but take a chill pill.

What happened at the press conference in 2019?
Fitzy called it!
NZ just need to play tactically and wisely, and not doing anything stupid. The pressure will come at various moments in the game. Will they cope? Will they have the mental fortitude to come back if they are behind in last 20 minutes? Will Ireland just be too good? We'll find out on Saturday. Let's hope the TMO doesn't decide this game. I'm excited. I can't wait. All the best boys for Saturday. NZ is behind you.
Won’t be any need for a TMO to decide the game. Ireland will be comfortable winners, 12 to 15 point margin (quite possibly more). The last 15 to 20 minutes of the game will see NZ desperately seeking scores while Ireland will be comfortable in defence and maybe picking off a couple of 3 pointers just to keep the board ticking over.
Ireland are a well oiled machine and deservedly favourite, But they are not invincible. SA were within a whisker of winning the game they had with them. i’m not confident NZ can win, but it’s definitely possible. Please no cards 🙏🏽

This is not the best 23. Ardie is a 7 at 8,Cane is not the best 7 or 6 or captain, Barrett is not the best fullback, Jordan is a 15 at 14, and Christie is not better than Roigard. Still we hope.....
Ok😮
Savea has played at 8 long enough to be a world class 8,cane does a lot of hard work, jordan has adapted to wing just fine
Christie is better under pressure, Roigard is still young and inexperienced
Would be great if Ireland really just gave the ABs a proper 50 point spanking in front of the whole world. As Sean once said " sometimes you got to just sit down and eat your humble pie" kind regards from South Africa

Listen to Sean Fitz
Our forwards will have to improve dramatically.
Just like AB & SA did in their pool matches. NH all the way!
You must have Flown out of the Cuckoos Nest. Northern Hemisphere Final.
Ireland V France.
SH. Like the Titanic. Can’t see What’s Ahead of You. 😳😳🤔🧐😂😂
Ireland by 10 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪
Nervous, shitting rocks i am think this game will be decided by a red card
No. While there might well be a red card, the game will be decided by the 30 to 40 points that Ireland rack up…
Be a repeat of the 2019 quarter final
No talea n dont rate finlay
AB aura is gone, Ireland pack far superior .
Wrong.
Wow so scrummaging for a penalty is bad rugby, what a load of garbage from Fitspatrick, I hope the All Blacks get humiliated 😅
Of course you do, jealous?
Allblacks will NOT win this game peroid
Yes they will. GO THE ABS!!!
Check back on sunday for some humble pie from one of us 😂
Gna be the toughest game either team have had for years.
Easy beats mate, Ireland are crud
Cheers for your opinion @91581 because that’s all it is.
Ireland has never progressed past this stage in any RWC... Pressure is on them... they are playing the greatest rugby nation in the history of the game... All Blacks are built for these moments... ABs win and go all the way.
There is a better chance that SA bt France than NZ bt Ireland...and France will probably just win, which gives you the idea of the task NZ have...They lost in the last 15 min against the French, so if they can up they game in this period, they could make the impossible possible.
All thigs aside , I can guarantee an all black win by 16 points.
Have you considered a career in comedy? 😂
