Yeah.
I honesty need some of these, my style of building is really adhd where I have so many projects that I half Finnish or find the perfect area I never use or if I do complete them I always have to redo them which I usually get bored halfway through.
Omg, why do you not have respiration or a water breathing potion, in such a late game world. They exist to make Minecraft more pleasant to play, but also to watch!

So excited for the Update Adventure Lets Play return. It what brought me to the channel in the first place. You're one of the only creators that does a bedrock lets play. You have inspired me and my world building
The nether portal system is one of the most important forms of transportation. The earlier you map out where portals need to be in order to harvest desired resources the better.

You’re so right, I look at some of my weirdest/ugliest builds and still find joy in them because it reminds me of something or it may not make sense to anyone else, but to me.
Also, a question, why aren’t you using potions of water breathing while working on projects underwater? I always make sure to craft them whenever I can for the next underwater project.

Im mining massive amounts of cobblestone at my auto cobblestone generator using an auto clicker because im building a giant tower thats 32 blocks wide and 128 blocks tall using stone bricks. So far ive used at least 130 stacks of stone bricks and every time i have to make more im waiting 6 hours for it to cook because i refuse to make more than 2 furnaces since its usually cooking while im sleeping or working anyways. I just made 7 more shulker boxes to increase the amount of stone i can bring at once since the tower is about 3000 blocks away. The total amount of time i spent each time i needed more blocks was about 8 hours because it also takes 2 hours to mine the stone while afk
I was able to make a stone generator, it took a while to figure out how I could have it reliably make stone and not have the occasional cobble instead. But it's capable of stone/cobble (through silk touch) and even moss giving the possibility of making mossy variations
I am in no way proficient with Redstone, and didn't use a tutorial. I got tired of dealing with the situation you have
The cobblestone generator is better because cooking items creates xp that you can collect by using a lever to stop the items from leaving the furnace then picking up the items. All of my main gear has mending and i can consistently repair my netherite pickaxe this way. The furnaces are powered by bamboo and lava and i farm both. Excess bamboo is used to cook cactus from the cactus farm which also makes a lot of xp, so i have 3 furnaces constantly making me massive amounts of xp while im away plus i can repair all of my gear for free. Every time i get more cobblestone im using about half of my netherite pickaxe with unbreaking 3, so almost 4k cobblestone each time, but since i got 7 more shulker boxes that number will be significantly higher now
@dirtydan3029 I also have a stand alone cobble generator and 8x smelter. But for the exp I usually just trade stone to villagers. It helps to save time

Yep. At the moment I have a fast horse (though not as fast as the now patched speed potion horse, RIP speedy!) that I use to get around up near the ceiling of the nether. I should give him a break and replace the tunnels with ice boat travel, which would be much faster. I could just fly down the tunnel, but Bedrock has this fun feature where if your head hits the top of the tunnel, even if it’s completely smooth, you have a high chance of rapidly taking collision damage, and I mean *VERY* rapidly, like drain your health bar and trigger your totem in about 1.5 seconds rapidly, so flying down the tunnels is… tricky.
I keep putting it off, but it’s getting to the point where I have a bunch of portals leading to a bunch of places that need to be marked as to where each one leads.
1:25 I kinda only have to continue to build road after getting the elytra because I kinda low on gunpowder and because it looks nice on the map (It looks like a city)
9:52 I do that with a Book and Quilt and sign that I places on the nether tunnel
25:56 I recently managed to complete the Gunpowder Farms that I had been neglecting for quite a while, that was the first big farms that I built (i built and finished bigger farms than it later on, but that has been left abandoned for almost 10 big backups or around 6 months (I mean 10 months). I finally finished it on day 2338 in Minecraft)

18:17 - how about making a water fall where the water stops so the rest of the tunnel can be dry?
To deal with the flowing water, go down one block, then have the water "cut off" there and have the rail come UP onto dry land.

the underwater rails can come up into a underground pool. This is just like how the the rails get into the water, this does mean you have to use a bucket to fill the pool so there is no flowing water. then enter the pool under water and go up into the cave.

I still run and swim almost everywhere. I finally decided to make a boat for the first time ever like a couple weeks ago and oh man it's great but I still like running everywhere, no ice paths or rail carts for me thank you. And I dont have the elytra either, I don't really like it.

the roads IRL when down a dessert highway renders the same way minecraft railways render.
i still find myself playing mostly the infinant april fools snapshot from 2020 which ion corners of portals i been putting the block types of the world the portal leads to.
Now im not saying to go spend money on the store buuuuuuuuut if your having problems getting around your world orrrr like me had or still has i guess, a 2500 block ice road in the nether to get to your whatever in my case its a storage system. Its a long story why im that far but the point is even when u have a ice tunnel travelling that far to pick up one thing is really really annoying. The portals addon sorts this massive having my hole world connected with fast points of travel is amazing. But do remember what he said multiple modes of transport is good.
Art art museum in an abandoned power station is always nice, but I just like building tiny Tate moderns.

I want to start playing MC again after years of not playing but I don't know where to start. I am sure that doesn't make a lot of sense
I suppose a good place to start is punching a tree to get wood for a crafting table. After that, just see what happens :) There’s no need to have a grand plan before starting, especially if you’re returning after a long break. My brother and I recently played again for the first time in years and it was really fun just seeing what had changed and exploring new things. I find the world itself quickly starts to inspire ideas for where I want to go in it.

Make tutorials on how to get lots of totems
There is a simple way to do that I can give you the step by step:
1- open the chat
2- type "/give (your username) totem_of_undying"
3- click enter
4- repeat previous steps until you have enough totems

I have a museum in my world, for me its basically just a walkable scrapbook, but for lore purposes i write dopey books of legends for each "exhibit" like a museum to a lost civilization. Chiseled shelves have only made this so much more fun

you are extremely arrogant about deciding that certain builds are mandatory in a minecraft world. i say none of those are needed. all you need is one house. just one house. know why? because i dont need to make useless and pointless builds, i dont need roads to reach places, and i do my best to preserve the nature that minecraft generated. sure, running 10,000 blocks takes a while, but if you needed to go that far, it was well worth the trip. you can get so many things along the way, too. setting up all the transportation infrastructure is just too costly, i skip everything that makes the game fun, and for what? nothing.
