We spent the Day exploring this must visit city in Taiwan.
One of the top 10 things to see in Taiwan !!
It was such a enjoyable and fantastic part of Taiwan to explore and is probably one of the best places we visited in Taiwan.
We start at Anping Fort that was built by the dutch but then used throughout history and refortified by the Japanese during WW2.
Set in such well maintained grounds it is a Must see in Tainan.
We then head into Anping old street and explore the street food and old houses along Taiwan's oldest street.
Our next stop was the fascinating Anping tree house one of Tainan's most popular Tourist spots in the city.
The overgrown house was strange and intresting place to explore and we could see why it was one of the best places to visit in Tainan.
We the visit Chikan Tower in the heart of the city another dutch built site in Tainan.
This stunning and immaculately kept historic site is another must see in Tainan.
A quick stop at the famous Lily fruit store for shaved ice dessert to cool down before heading to see Tainan's Confucius temple.
Another stunning site in the city, this popular destination was a delight to explore.
Tainan is probably the prettiest city in Asia we have ever explored and was our favorite location in Taiwan.
