Amazing street food at affordable prices - Tainan Guo Hua Street

For foodies, Guo Hua Street in Tainan is a must-visit itinerary as it is a food paradise where lots of old-school heritage street food could be found. What's more, some are offered at incredibly affordable prices that you can't find in Singapore anymore.
At just S$13, you can get these 5 sumptuous dishes that are hallmark of Tainan food, namely Wah Kueh (碗粿), fish soup (鱼羹), prawn dumplings (虾仁肉圆), vegetable rice dumpling (菜粽) and squid bee hoon (小卷米粉).
All of these eateries have decades of history and owners have continued their family legacy. Worthy of mention are Wah Kueh and squid bee hoon listed in the Michelin bib gourmand in 2022.
