I guess all the people complaining in the comments don’t have any idea how apartments are in France and Europe. This apartment is awesome, it’s neat and modern and has plenty of room.

trying living in these places first. You can hear literally everything your neighbors do. A neighbor upstairs had a tiny dog and I could hear exactly where it was, with its tiny freaking claws clanking on parquet floors. Oh, and my bedroom was next neighbor's dining area and I could hear them sneeze there. I would MUCH rather live in these modern-day passive-house style places - good noise isolation, excellent air quality, silent air systems, etc. Even without soaring ceilings and those beautiful windows.. I take them any day over that!

Yes, it’s is a very lovely apartment. You know one can like/appreciate something without hating another. Bottom line there was no need for your disparaging comment about America.

G gaffgaff it’s 5200€ per month, to USD it’s about 5750$ honestly it’s not worth its price even if it’s rented because Paris is populated by thugs, dirty people and is littered with trash. Paris isn’t what it was in the past. Nothing romantic about seeing crime 5m away from you. Build yourself a beautiful home instead. It won’t cost you your life and peace of mind

In this instance the kitchen is very far from the dinning room so it’s not functional for hosting dinner parties. The question is why did you feel the urge to attack my comment? If you have a solution please do mention it.

No character. Looks like they chopped up some beautiful rooms and turned it into office space. Such a shame considering the location.
