This one was in Lafayette, LA but their home base in Houston.
I think there was a missed opportunity for a quick comeback, 1 of the comedians said the other looks like he hangs out at high schools to pick up women. A good come back would have been, you look like you call high schoolers women.

why do they get to use phones isn't the point to be coming up with the stuff off the top of their heads not ready off instead of a list they could have found on a random site or just Google you look jokes and jus5 start reading off a random page
Obviously you're missing something. Every video on this channel you'll see comics with phone or notebook. There are very few people in this world who can go off the dome for 4 minutes over and over again with unique and hard hitting jokes.
We have 25 ish jokes to write for each person and you don't know who you are going to be going against. If you think you can remember 200+ jokes feel free to start doing standup and getting booked on these shows. Then you can show us how it's done.

@thetylera I understand that it isn't 8 mile or anything and I'm not saying its easy or anything like that and a note pad to remember jokes why not bt its the phones that a person could possibly maybe just go to a random page an scroll till they find a funny one to read while paying no attention to what the other person is saying

@jacobfisher8276 no worries. I guess what's most important to understand is that we have a great community of writers and using the phone is more practical in a lot of ways. Everyone gets paid the same and being a winner is a title only. If anyone is willing to do what you suggested and risk their integrity in front of their peers then let them. I seriously doubt anyone would do this because they should be able to just write better jokes than can be found online.
