Was losing net neutrality in the first place even a problem? I honestly didn't notice anything

We're already too reliant on a lot of things. Calculators, we just trust their output and don't verify it. Internet, ever been to an autozone when the internet is out? Every employee in store, only taking 2x customers at a time with 2x employee excorts each to keep theft minimal without the cameras. Maps, most can't even read a paper one. Or know that a map is wrong, or can be. GPS, can drive you off a bridge and you don't even question it, until you're swimming. Happens every day, literally. I don't even go to a new place, that I've never been without going through street view in proximity of my destination. When I was a kid, I rode my bicycle everywhere, literally everywhere. I always thought I'd end up working at the post office, since I knew the area so well. I went back there twenty years later, and didn't even remember that that street was "that" name. Completely different businesses everywhere, so if I wanted to live there again, I'd have to relearn the area again. How many shopping centers are now medical centers? Malls are now large warehouses and distribution centers. Kind of always were, just not with store fronts now. Ever try to do your taxes without a computer or a CPA? Back when I was on dialup, and I needed to get anything downloaded like updates, I did literally that "might as well sleep". Still do since my modern internet still takes longer than an hour to download a 1080p video that's less than an hour.

IMO the broadband specification should be 100mb down and not less than 10% of download as upload. Thus, if you offer gigabit, the upload must be 100mb. Not this 1000/20 garbage that is acceptable now. Then they'd also never have to change the upload minimum unless there's a drastic change in use that would require it. Because they just go 'time for more speed' and say now it's 200mb and 10% of download and poof now the minimum upload is 20mb.

Honestly for those bots that message me, mostly tinder or bumble, which I sub to maybe once or twice a year to see what life is like outside my room.... For those I usually reply with 1+1. 99.9% of the time they will follow up with a intro line and not understand the 1+1 meaning. That's when I know before anything, that it is a bot. I know they will get smarter but for now...

A manual is fine. Until you need to sell it. Or break a foot, get a bad knee, or other issues like traffic and hilly terrain. Not a fan of electric cars. You can't charge them if you rent an apartment, or in the winter. Electric cars don't make sense unless you own two of them, so one can charge while you use the other one. I have an old HP 720c, it's a tank, but they stopped making cartridges. I don't like samsung, but I have an older ml2010, it's a beast and the linux drivers are nice. I got 2x replacement toners for $25-ish.
