Great review! I really want to get Tales from Zanzibar as I love guava but I'm not so sure about the oud note. Is it very promiment and would you consider it a safe blind buy? 🙂
Thank you! I don't usually recommend to blind buy anything and this is another example. Memoirs Perfumes are very niche so not mass appealing. It entirely depends on how this lands on your skin as it can come across differently on everyone! I didn't find the oud note to be prominent and it appears mainly in the dry down but again it doesn't come across oudy, but rather woody. Tales of Zanzibar is a great fragrance but I highly recommend you sample it first before purchasing ✨️
Ah sorry to ask. But i like your reviews. Keep doing good work. Blue oud is my favourite perfume as well. I would love to know what your recommendations are for men specifically.
