​@@starguard4122 because no matter how hard you work, no matter the amount of hours you put in. Everybody looks down on you. if you haven't worked there for 30+ years like most of the drug addicts/criminals that do, you will never get a raise. Not a single person wants to teach you how the machines work. All the old heads that work there dont talk at all and will look at you cross eyed if you ask for help. and when I say old heads im refering to everybody. fuck this place
