I can sense a MV Godzilla vs Heisei Godzilla video coming up very soon… very excited for it! It will be quite an interesting battle after seeing this video knowing how weird Godzilla power-scaling can be. Aside from power-scaling, I personally think the fight could go either way with MV Godzilla having the slight edge. Great vid like always! (I respectfully agree on your take)

Both expectations and results matched on par, well done with the analysis between the 120~ meter Mechs, both of which having alternating combat styles and yet both being possessed by Ghidorah (MG21's is straight forward, but with Heisei MG it was a manga adaptation)

great video, straight up facts. but i still see smg being the winner wether if its a ranged or a close up fight, he can still use his beams while being melee'd and he proved this with his fight against rodan by absolutely rocking his shit with the plasma grenade in a very close distance
Only issue was rodan wasn’t doing enough damage for mecha to not be able to use the plasma grenade. I’m confident he wouldn’t be able to use his beams but hey, it’s open to interpretation
I feel that being far too fetched knowing that , by following your logic , super mechagodzilla could've perfectly beamed Godzilla while he got thrown against a stadium, guess that wasn't entirely true or for plot reasons he forgot conveniently to aim his beams at a godzilla who were throwing them... -_-
@@Officialfda I don't really know about that, the only time Godzilla could get close to MechaGodzilla 2 was when he was malfunctioning due to Godzilla's electrical discharge, and an explosion of their lasers combined.
Rodan getting close is the only example of a monster being able to get close to MechaGodzilla while he is still functioning, but he was still able to use his laser despite being surprise attacked.
@@saidzilla226 if you watched the movie you know that mechagodzilla malfunctioned due to an explosion of godzilla and mechagodzilla beams combined.
A similar explosion damaged showa godzilla and showa mechagodzilla so badly he had to retreat. But instead MechaGodzilla 2 took a little while to recover, once he did Heisei Godzilla didn't stand a chance against him.

MechaGodzilla 2 was able to fly into Godzilla's back right after being beat up.
Also Godzilla picked up the 150,000 ton MechaGodzilla 2 by his head, and threw him into a building. And then Godzilla continued to punch mechagodzilla behind the head and continue stepping on him and such. Considering Heisei Godzilla's strength I would say MechaGodzilla 2 physical durability is pretty high.

Super Mechagodzilla only weighs 100,000 tons last I checked. Could be wrong though

Even at close range, SMG's durability is too high for MG21 to damage him.

You do realise they can still use beams when close up. And all it takes is 1 beam to disintegrate mv mecha. Even without beams, Heisei MG's durability is very high as he tanked the spiral ray multiple times (1,200,000°C and Mv mechas breath at max is probably around 50,000°C)

I agree with basically everything here. I'd say the fight heavily depends on distance. If they both start with a big distance between eachother. SMG's beams would quickly overpower and shut down MG21 before he gets to arm's distance. If it's relatively close. Then yeah. Not exactly much SMG can do. Maybe beam up-close? That's about it. Can't see him winning in a hand-to-hand scenario.

同時外觀上 傳奇MG與三式機龍一樣有著同樣露出管線這類的設計 平成的SMG與昭和不同 這兩者全身上下都被裝甲嚴密的保護住內部的結構
實際上 對於台灣還是中國的影迷都認為一旦彼此進入光束武器攻擊範圍內時 勝負就已經決定了 特別是SMG能懸浮移動射擊這點 這讓傳奇MG的肉搏能力沒有意義 對方永遠可以在你無法接近的距離進行攻擊 防護上對手可以承受多次 但是傳奇MG的裝甲耐力不夠 受到攻擊必然無法堅持太久 除非SMG的武器過熱到無法使用 不然傳奇MG就會被擊毀 特別是等離子榴砲的威力足以一發解決掉傳奇MG的

This fight has Aton of layers to it and both are opposites in pretty much every way, but what makes mg21 lose in ranged harder is his lack of knowledge of the plasma grenade, eventually he’s gonna try to beam super mecha Godzilla and get it deflected, idk if mg21 could dodge that in time so it may do extreme amounts of damage.
You should do MG21 vs Kiryu video since they both can or are controlled by ghosts of monsters and are really powerful.
Ya’ll be acting like super mg is completely useless in close range, he still has paralyzer missiles, and he has his electrical cables which could easily override MG21. Not to mention mg21 has absolutely NO attacks that could burn through super mg’s diamond plating. Heisei’s normal breath couldn’t do so and heisei and G21 have the same beam strength based off of actual stats and not feats. And Adam Wingard said a fully powered G21 would have beaten MG21 in a beam clash, so that would mean heisei’s beam is stronger than MG21’s and heisei’s beam could not Pearce the armored plating. And on top of that Super MG’s kaiju buster beam was able to tie in a beam clash with heisei’s atomic breath, and again heisei’s breath is just as strong as MV goji’s and as we saw a 50% charged axe could slice through MG21 with ease, so MV goji’s breath would be able to as well. Therefore super MG’s kaiju buster attack could LITERALLY one shot MG21 and MG21 could not affect super MG. This would be an absolute beat down with super mg winning 11 times out of 10.

I'd say it's tigh-ish, MV mechagodzilla isn't particularly durable, but he's much faster, but super mechagodzilla is the opposite

Also the part that you said that humans are dumb is a FAR underestimation because while Ghidorah may have better battle experience, that doesn't mean that the humans are dumb. It's like saying that the humans in Kiryu are dumb when they are actively targeting his weakness, or how they are able to detect, solve and plan strategies, something that we haven't fully seen with Ghidorah since he doesn't think like a human. Take the scene in King of the monsters, when Emma tricked Ghidorah. You call that dumb??????
For one, I legit mentioned supermechagodzilla can fly but this doesn’t matter considering he doesn’t utilize it in combat. He hovers, which is a LOT slower.
If you watched the video, you should’ve heard when I said “humans ARENT dumb by any means” but when you compare it to a SUPERCOMPUTER, it pales in comparison.
It's funny how you said he doesn't utilize it in combat when you're showing god damn footage of him doing it. In fact, it's literally in his name now since he's now Super Mechagodzilla in the second fight. Don't get me even started on power scaling speed feats. While Mg21 can utilize his jet propellers, it's only for a short amount of time, not to mention that he can't fly. Don't just assume that hovering is LOT slower, when there's times where it can be faster for one.
And Two, apologize for assuming right there, but you do realize that it's Ghidorah piloting the mech. It's still learning new abilities since it was just created and taken over. Compared to humans, the pilots already know how to use Super Mechagodzilla. Although A super computer would take advantage overtime, we'll utilize it better for a couple of moments. Plus it's a AI, like it's Smarter than pilots who can utilize it better.

Imo Monsterverse would win because his durability just was shredded by an overpowered MELEE axe, not ranged. It’s like comparing two different weapons, a magic staff or a enchanted sword, based on their melee prowess

If his opponent is spamming 4 beams at once or independently, then how is MV mechagodzilla gonna get close?. This isn't a easy clap. Not by a long shot. I would argue that Battle Intelligence should be a stalemate, given Heisei Mechagodzilla is also constructed with advanced and capable systems, and piloted by experienced soldiers

Nah MonsterVerse Mechagodzilla’s durability is damn to sucks to even stand a chance. SMG tanked Heisei Godzilla’s atomic breath which we all know about how strong it is. Second, MV Mechagodzilla died to a axe charged by a weakened atomic breath, litteraly the last amount of energy Godzilla has left in him. This destroyed Mechagodzilla like nothing. Durability alone prove how much one-sided this fight is.

@@Rodanguyy Godzilla’s atomic breath was weakened at that point. The worst is that MG has to amplify his ray to overpower the weakened beam. He was overloading in the process since his arms were smoking if you look closely.
Shinomura got one shoted by a 15 megatons atomic bomb.

Mechagodzilla is one of the few occasions where I'd say the Heisei version would likely beat the Monsterverse version, and that's mainly because of the diamond coating, it HARD carries Heisei MG.

Im not sure MV MechaG would break through the Diamond coating of SMG, due to Godzilla in 1991 breaking tectonic plates by smashing Ghidorhas body into the ground, it would make sense if he'd use that same strength or be stronger when smashing SMG (pause 👀). SMG endured the the beating that can destroy Techtonic plates. So even if MV MechaG were to close the gap, he'd have a hard time breaking through the Diamond coat and would get blasted by a beam and then get Spammed by SMG.

@@Rodanguyy True. But the diamond coating was designed to absorb heat, and it started melting due to Godzilla (Heisei) releasing that heat I to the atmosphere. He later consintraded the heart into the Spiral Heat Ray and 2-tapped SMG.

Muto Prime can only manipulate earthquakes through tectonic plates, and not necessarily through brute strength, she's described to be just like an actual Beatle, meaning she can lift thousands times her body weight which are thousands of Tons she can lift with ease, Given the fact Godzilla (MV) is stronger than Muto Prime, this would also mean that he can carry or lift thousand times his body weight, a d yet that can't even cause earthquakes on purpose.

Burning godzilla only survived because his regeneration was amped to all hell. As well, the Heisei era is regularly faster, more adept at combat, stronger, and vaster in its array of kaiju abilities than the MV has ever been up to this point. You do also know that the Heisei era does canonically upscale the showa era, right? They're literally the same universe, except Heisei transcends it faster. Also, the Showa era is massively beyond the Monsterverse. And I'm telling you, that without a doubt and supported by actual math, calculations, and basic understanding of what is shown on screen, that the MV incarnations of all the Toho kaiju are by far some of the weakest they've ever been.

Super Mechagodzilla would win considering his superior arsenal of weapons which scales to a post-Vs Mothra Heisei Godzilla who is, sure prefers ranged combat, but he is still very physically strong able to lift the 150k ton Mecha.
Physical combat for MV MechaG won’t do much simply because he lacks the AP to harm Super MG, and also MV Mechagodzilla was fighting a very weakened and drained MV Godzilla so he actually isn’t that impressive.
If MV Mechagodzilla were to try and close the difference then Super MechaG would just hover back to get more distance. Super Mechagodzilla wins in almost every scenario.

@@Gojirageez Yeah, a lot of the Heisei fights leave something to be desired because of how limited the suits were combined with a few other issues per movie. (Like Godzilla V. Dest for example being rushed leading to spotty effects work) I would definitely recommend the manga adaptations of these movies if you ever have the time. They don't have the same limitations as the movies and make for an interesting new-yet-similar experience. 👍

Honestly, the reason why I think legendary Mechagodzilla would win. It’s because he has more powerful weapons do to the time he was actually in which has much more advanced technology than the 60s 70s and 80s also because he can fight mid range. Long range and short range can also fly. You just didn’t see it in the movie. Also if he takes the flight to the water he’s got jets on his back.

I'd say SMG has a 50/50 chance at medium range. SMG is very mobile with the use of Garuda (and before you say, "What if SMG doesn't have Garuda," please stop immediately. The SMG combination consists of Mechagodzilla and Garuda, so since we're talking about SMG, Garuda is a given). SMG is dead if MG21 can take out any of SMG's thrusters, but if SMG can keep enough ground from MG21 at medium range, sorry now, MG21 is getting cleaved. I do think SMG wins most of the time. This is really a matter on wether apex mecha js durable enough to close the distance and melee smg. Smg can just barrage apex mecha for hours. So apex mecha will have to be able to close the distance quickly.

I would say that Heisei Godzilla's punches themselves are powerful enough to pierce a lithospheric plate. Since Heisei Mechagodzilla can fly, and he always flies at Mach 1. Mechagodzilla 2021, no matter how fast it is, will not keep up with the speed of Mach 1. as a result, no matter how Mechagodzilla 2021 tries to get close to the enemy, he will fly and shoot at him. Theoretically, Heisei Mechagodzilla could still unleash a physical attack, a literal ramming attack at speed, like he did to Godzilla before merging with Garuda. therefore, initially, if Mechagodzilla 2021 starts running towards him, you can respond by flying at great speed and demolishing the enemy.
