I went to Vidanta 3 times. All the times were great but, due to Covid I had to stop going I am going in 2 days and I’m so excited. You showed me all the cool things and have hyped me up even more.

We have been owners since 1994, when there were 6 buildings at the Mayan Palace. We love it so much and have had generations of our family here and pass and the legacy lives on and on..... Hey! I would love to visit this resort after having watched your video! How long did you guys stay there to be able to enjoy so many different activities? I am trying to see for how long I should book for.
Hi Jess! Thank you so much for watching! We really appreciate it:) We went for a week, loved it and realized we wanted to spend more time there. So we stayed for a whole month! It was awesome! But I recommend 2 weeks so that you can really take in all it has to offer. When are you planning on going?
Hey! I’m actually booked to visit here in June and just wanted to ask a quick question, is the fitness center free? And if not, by chance do you know what is the cost?
Yes, the fitness center is free. And there are multiple centers on the property. You can go to the one nearest you.
Looks amazing! Do the hotels offer discounts for you doing vlog? Or can viewers get a referral discount with a code from you guys?
Thank you for watching! This resort is definitely a must if you ever go to Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a discount code from them. We do partner up with resorts once in a while via our Instagram. If we do get a code in the future, I’ll make sure to give you a heads up.
I do like Vidanta, some criticisms come to mind. Lighting is inadequate in the units. The next criticism is it is too huge. If you want to exercise to get around, this is the place to go. They do provide electric vehicles to transport but it can take up to 10 minutes for one to come around, depending on where you want to go. Depending on which building you are staying at can limit your options for food and water activities.
We're happy overall, but as we age, the above issues tend to come to the fore. However, facilities are very nice overall and the grounds are beautiful.
Yeah I’d have to agree. Waiting for the electric vehicles is very inconvenient. Especially if you have hungry husband and kids.lol. So you really have to plan it out. I actually do like that it’s big because it’s never overcrowded in one area. But again….it does take time to go from one place to another. I would definitely go back. I’m planning on taking my extended family there one day. So many activity options and restaurants! Great place to unwind and relax OR the opposite…..get the full Vidanta experience and explore the grounds.
At vidanta grand luxxe do we need to wear wrist bands. As I have little kids , just wanna clarify in advance

I am about to reserve Grand Mayan. I won’t have access to Grand Luxxe or Grand Bliss pools. Will this be enjoyable? Where are the lazy river and water park located?
The Grand Mayan is located next to the lazy river and wave pool. Yes of course you’ll still have fun! You can get a golf cart shuttle to take you anywhere. You’re going to have a blast! Do you have kids?

Awesome video. We have stayed at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta twice and are heading there again next month. It's such a great resort. Are you an owner with them? They gave you some really nice rooms. :-)

That’s great. I’m not an owner but have also used my travel membership to visit there. It’s truly such an amazing place with so much to do and see. Most places I wouldn’t go multiple times but there is always something new or different when I go.
Yes! I totally hear you. We went just to try it out for a week, fell in love with Vidanta and then ended up extending for a whole month! So true, there is so much to do. We barely could fill it all in one month.lol. I wonder what will be new when you go back. You gotta tell us:)

@@MomDuty do you know how much the all inclusive package is ? We will be there 8 days and 7 nights ! How do you usually get to and from the airport - taxi ?
I’m not sure what the inclusive price is. Regarding the airport, you can do uber or taxi.
I will agree that Vidanta is an amazing resort, but I'll add a caveat. My son was assaulted by another guest (for sitting on an unmarked lounger by a pool that they claim was theirs) on Vidanta property. Because we made a scene, we were asked to leave, not the person who assaulted my son. Something that we previously had never considered is that security is not there to protect you and they do not allow the Mexican police on to the resort property. We have since found other people who have been assaulted on the property and Vidanta quietly tries to cover it up. Just keep that in mind when travelling.

Can I stay there without membership?
From what I heard, yes! There are a limited number of unused rooms that are offered for short-term rental to the general public.
I want to know what is the price range in their restaurants? How much do you spent in one meal for 2 adults and 2 kids? In that way i can calculate how much do i need to spend for a day in foods.
Hey there! So sorry for the very late reply. I’m active on my IG account: @momduty that’s where all our vlogs and posts are. They have a range of prices. So they have the nicer restaurants and the more casual bites restaurants. There’s no meal plan there. Since eating at very nice restaurants can add up, what we did is buy food. They have a grocery store on the property. I made breakfast almost every morning wether it was cereal or an omelette for my kids. And bought snacks. You can also order pizza for dinner if you want a lower cost dinner option. Gong was our favorite Asian restaurant but its pricey. But unbelievably delicious. We treated ourselves 2 times during the week there.
They also have a breakfast buffet deal. You get 10% off if you do the sales presentation. But what they don’t tell you is that you have to go during certain breakfast times in order to get the 10% off. With kids that didn’t work for us. The time was way too late or way too early.

That’s too bad. We had a blast (except for the aggressive timeshare presentation).lol! That’s why we extended our stay. I loved that it was a resort geared towards all ages. We really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely go back:)
Great video, I had a blast at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta! However, I got scammed by a Vidanta timeshare salesman. I loved vidanta so I wanted to buy in... multiple salespeople lied to me and sold me a membership that was NOT vidanta. I was told I would have access to Vidanta forever... in reality my access to Vidanta ends in 5 years. They are refusing to give me my deposit back and I am going to be complaining to the Mexican authorities.

I been an owner for 5 years on my Grand Luxe membership and the level of service i receive for it is amazing. its not cheap but its well worth the money if you know how to use it
