Great review. How were you able to get such a crisp recording without any mixing/effects? Did you turn up the gain dial on the back of the mic? Tried recording in Audacity and it definitely picks up more static/background noise in order to get a louder clearer sound. Recording quality is also 48k Hz.

I‘d like to buy the apple version but there are so many 😞 and I couldn’t find any other video bc some ppl say it really needs the lightning and the usb on the adapter and some other ppl say, the usb 3 itself is enough 😔 I bought the fifine 678 btw, I’d just like to know which apple lightning cable I’d need for it.. Hi 유잼, if you just want clear audio, then set the dial over 60%, the computer input at 90% and keep the talking range at 5 inches. If you have any software with a level meter and the mete moves around -12db, that means your voice is pretty clear then.

Nope, but I always check the settings to make sure it's not recording in CD quality just in case, because I kept having that issue with Yetis during initial setup
Hi Jack, USB mics work with only PlayStation console directly. You can get the K678 working with Xbox through a tricky way, then it's quite contradictory to the purpose of using a USB mic: being simple.
