Printing a label by sending data to a Label Template on the Zebra Printer. Optimize the amount of data being sent, by just sending the data that is changing.
Interesting question. I am not sure. You could post the question to the Zebra developers Portal, developer.zebra.com/. Or call the help desk and they may be able to help with that. I would have to think the scale or scanner would need to send the data. The scanner could be set up to scan to the Cloud and then it could get processed and sent to a printer, but not sure about the scale.
There is another video in my list called Zebra Basic Printer Setup - Manual Configuration. This shows you where to get the Zebra Setup Utility which is what I use.
Can you use a similar approach if you wanted a scale or scanner to add the variable field information instead of typing it in?

Could you please explain how to print special characters and subscript and superscript as well
I don't know. You would have to refer to the ZPL guide, or give the Zebra help desk a call.
