Dear Pam and Alexandra, thank you so much for a wonderfully enlightening conversation! It was just what I needed to hear today. As ypu say so many syncronicities! To share my own practice with water should it be helpful to anyone....I looked into structured water after you mentioned this Pam. I found a lovely company which created a Mayu Swirl. This spins the water to restructure. I first filter through a Biocera water filter which creates alkaline water, then spin in the Mayu Swirl. This creates beautiful structured water. You can really feel the difference, particularly the texture, which I can only describe as 'creamy'. I also use a vitamin C shower head, which helps to soften the water and remove toxins. I have been a carer all my life. Siblings/ nursing/ now at 70 and for last 11 years have been full time carer for my disabled sister in law- I wouldn't change any of it but more and more am awakening to who I am!! Finished with my EXCELLENT counsellor yesterday and having worked alongside her I've realised how much I've accepted in the last as I SHOULD when I CAN say I COULD if I WANT to! My eyes are open now to the magic of it all that veil has gone!! I questioned things for years and years but kept the questioning internally. No more I'm no longer the mat that accepts - so everything your both saying resonates so strongly I feel that strongly and knowing without any doubt! Things are changing most definitely in our world and felt it strongly that it's going to be for the better collectively. It's like internally I've known this for years. I read that rain water & frozen water resets it's memory. I boil, cool, freeze, thaw the tap water to drink. The water tastes softer and has no chemical taste. I would rather do this than buy bottled water to drink. My kidney function healed to 100% . Thank you for this enlightened interview. ❤ Water has always been a big part of my life.

If I had doubts about energy given off by planets, etc.- I learned that it is very much a real thing, tremendously powerful- from experiencing a total solar eclipse in 2017 in the U.S. It was profound and oh yes! I felt that power. During that full eclipse the power washed over me completely and it felt like it coated my entire structure- all the way through- with the energy. It was one of the most profound experiences ever; it was an overwhelming spiritual experience. I understood that day the validity of astrology and how we are little specks in an incredible live universe. There will be another one in 2024 and I plan to be there. Everything you are discussing today is written in Jose Argüeilles' book The Mayan Factor - Path Beyond Technology. Published 1987. On p184, he states: "What has been demonstrated by shamans and wizards, yogis and spiritual masters, is - after all - everyone's evolutionary birthright". I’ve been diagnosed with heart arrhythmia for years and having been trained as a dancer and teacher I’ve been extremely physical during my life and still now very active at 65yrs , so, I’ve discovered that I was lacking in minerals ! Pam, when you mentioned preparing the inner temple of Isis, how you used your hands to clear the energy for the new initiates, I realised that is what I am doing when I work with my clients.- I’m moving /clearing energy. My hands know what they’re doing but I’m not necessarily aware of what they’re doing… I trust my hands, always. Also, in the work I do, there is a pulse that comes up which we know as a healing pulse and it has its own forward-backward- sideward movement . However, for some time now I’ve been experiencing a rotational movement and now I realise it’s toroidal ! I believe it to be Higher Heart Energy healing … ❤ and gratitude 🙏🏻🌟✨💗
