This is nice, but please when you want to take the full trouser length, did you deduct the band length from it or took the whole trouser length?
Hi! This is separate waistband. I attached elastic waistband after sewing bodices of trousers so I deduct the band length. Total length is still from high waist to ground

How many yard of the fabric do you use for this medium size
I used 3m length and 1.5m width for medium size
well done, i have two question we need 3 m fabric and why hip/3 don’t divided 4 usually hip diveded 4
Fabric width is 1.5m and fabric length is double (3m) it is square when we folded for 2 layers before cutting.
This point for waist position… waist circle on this point is wide enough when wearing pull on over hip. I added this calculation for applying each size.

yep, it's different grain direction between two parts so I have experience to adjust the hem after sewing before sewing hem. but I love the flare of trousers's legs :)

I noted on my video formula for body measurements each size. You just need to take your body measurement and apply my formula then it will fit you perfectly :)
I'm size 27 jeans (size 36 UK) and 160cm height, my waist is 68cm. You can add more 3cm of elastic waist to fit your waist.

Please, if you don’t want to put elastic band on your waist, can you just divide your waist by 4 while trying to get the waist circumference? You know you did ( hip/3+3.5”) to get your waist circumference cos you’re using elastic band. What if I don’t want an elastic band, how am I to divide it.
If you don’t elastic at waist, please apply waist/4 (add dart if need) and make sure hip measurement enough for hip circle… then add zipper at side seam
