Cypra mundi is more than a forge world, it is the main fleet base for the entire Segmentum Obscura. This definitely would make it a huge priority due to its massive shipyards too.
Cypra Mundi arguably also is one of the most capable producer of warp capable void craft outside of the facilities of the Terran home system in the Lunar, Jovian Moon and Mars yards.
Being able to build warp capable void craft is one thing, but building the bigger and more capable designs, is another in M42. Something the Imperium needs.

Repairing the shorter range beacons and making new ones to make warp travel less impossible until Cawl gets his pylon network off the ground.
We now know the Pharos device on Sotha was not unique. There are others scattered throughout the Imperium - on both sides of the rift. Activate them and you can illuminate scores of key systems to aid travel. Plus they can be potentially used for teleporting men and materiel instantly across the Imperium without using the warp.
Interesting indeed, let's hope Primarch Robuté Guilliman considers that option. 💯

@Rho - I have to wonder, with Lionel Johnson back, will Dante remain as warden of Nihilus or will Johnson take up a greater leadership role across the rift. Consider how we don't know the manner of their meeting yet, we shall see.
The Lion is Dante's ace. He is the one who deals with the threats that Dante cannot take down.

@@AvitusNox Well, the Lion is one out of 2 (known) living loyal Primarchs left, Guilliman has been running things himself for nearly 2 centuries by himself over the rotting bearly breathing corpse of a empire that's the Imperium. At this point i wouldn't bully Guilliman for growing grey hairs of stress.
So if the Lion can stop being a little bitch, put on his big boy pants and help Guilliman save the Imperium! Or at the very least take a major role in leading the armies/navy.
The Lion is not just a monster slayer or a King Arthur wannabe, he a fricking PRIMARCH! Even if he's not the brightest, he is still smarter than any mortal man.
If re-establishing contact with the Order of the Valourous Heart is on one of Guilliman's objectives: That would explain the presence of the Abbess Sanctorum, Morven Vahl, when he tasked Katla Helvintr with finding a passage through the Great Rift.
Obviously the Adepta Sororitas would be involved in the invasion. But Vahl would surely be keen to find out the fate of one of her Orders.

Don’t forget the Lion. Sending the Lion and a consolidated Dark Angels Legion with the Rock to punch a hole through Nachmund directly while Guilliman goes around matches up their specific skills and abilities. I would have said the same with a young Lion, but he’s matured such that I think he’d be a good fit now. Of course that also means Guilliman has to coordinate a multi-theater-war while also not having reliable communications, but if anyone can do it he’s the man for the job (and it gives the brothers a fun venue to meet again). Also fits in with Dante and his burgeoning relationship with the Lion, who I think has particularly bad survivors guilt regarding Sanguinius.
I also personally like the idea of the Lion stepping in as a father-figure for the Blood Angels as doing so helps resolve his own shame for having lived.
Note: I’m reading a lot of implications into Lion: Son of the Forest and Arks of Omen: The Lion. I just really like this potential story arc if GW decides to build on it.
I like how these involve providing relief to the 4 major imperial factions still operating there; space marines, the imperial guard, the mechanicus and the adepta sororitas. Would make him much more well liked by his skeptics in each faction
That Drago dude needs to find the gate to Baal in the Warp and hang out there permanently, being a one man psychic flashlight for Nihilus navigation. He's pointless otherwise.
The first priority is to push Haarkon World Claimer out of the Nachtmund Gauntlet and reclaim Sangua Terra.

Something i had'nt considered yet but could we see a 2nd founding of the Grey Knights because of Nihilus. It would make more sense to found a second chapter to become a permanent force there.
Never happening.
Grey knights aren't that plentiful nor easily recruitment. The only group harder to create is Custodes
I know, but if there was any time a 2nd founding would be warranted then it would be now. It's more a hope to see new Grey knight characters / models
I would like a few worlds becoming targets for the Tyranids and the lmperium being forced to sacrifice a few to save the many.
If you knows they get attracted by the lighthouses, you can transform them in traps.
Like the Iron Cage of Perturabo.

Theres about 5 billion of those in 40k could you be a bit more specific? If i had a dollar for every "Theres a solution to our problem but we blew it up cuz of a woopsie" id be able to afford 40,000 warhammers

I think that Guilliman's carefully laid out, well organized plans are going to be pushed to the back burner the moment he finds out the Lion has returned. Meeting with the Lion is going to become the primary goal.

@@jonharrison9222 That's exactly why I think he'll make finding the Lion priority #1. Coordinate plans for moving forward, not to mention the Lion would immediately become his greatest asset/ally. I don't think he'll do it for sentimental reasons, it will be for practical reasons.

Wouldn't it be better to first establish your position first as a strong launching foundation that is secured before you go on a unexplored enemy territory looking for your brother to coordinate plans? Gulliman should wait and set his forces up and not send the fleet around to look for the Lion. Not until he has everything set up and secured with no compromises.
@@thorshammer7883 Absolutely. I don't think G-man will go running willy nilly into Nihilus looking for big brother. On the other hand I think it will become his main priority. Probably establish a beach head while sending out astropathic communications preparing to go looking for his brother, only to have the old man forest walk right onto his bridge without warning.
Top Five Priorities....

I hope they make a campaign about this, where they release new models and lore to these sub factions.

I've seen a cool Rewriting, Imperium Nilus is essentially full of space marines (for what ever reason) do not want to become Primaris, staying as firstborn under Dante command. These marines potentially feeling that those going through with becoming Primaris are in a way betraying the Emperor, leading to this group becoming even more dogmatic in their services.
While Imperium Santus gets all these new Primaris an gear, with all the former Firstborn either becoming Primaris or leaving to nilus to form new chapters (possibly with the same name) and a shit ton of old equipment an vehicles going to nilus.
This way not only do we get to keep our armies both in lore an on the table-top but GW gets to sell basically 2 different space marine armies. Hell Dark Angels and Blood Angels would have been the LEAST likely to accept Primaris so the Lion still returns (an Imperium Nilus gets its own Primarch) and Lord Commander Dante is still the Warden.

Luxor is a major forge world and the Munitorum relies on it heavily.
The reason Alpha primus failed is because Cawl used Thunder warrior and custodies gene seed, which destabilized his core and it collapsed.

I would like the rift to solidify so we can have two editions one in Sanctus one in Nihilus and seeing how the forces changing being cut off from each other
The rift is already incredibly difficult to cross, meaning that Sanctus & Nihilus are already effectively cut off from eachother

So I guess Guilliman just doesn’t give a shit about one of his loyal brothers returning? Has he even heard about it?
Or is that all Dante is for now?
We can only assume that this is the first time he goes over there and before the passage through the rift is made safe. I haven't read any of the newer books being released but from what Wolf Lord Rho has said it seems that this is all before Dante being appointed and the Lion returning.

@@mosessingleton7553like the Emperor even matters anymore, the hole pot of the Emperor sitting on the golen throne was to serve as a beacon to warp travelling ships and to stop chaos deamons stepping into real-space like they where leaving for work.
As we've seen warp travel is still viable with no major consequences, deamons are popping up just about where ever they plz and even if the Emperor returns, so what?
What did the Emperor do? He didn't make the Space Marines, he didn't unite Terra, he largely did help with the making of the Primarchs and the Emperor has by the HH series is a massive impatient, hypercritical, manipulative asshole.
GW and The Big E aint finna lose Robooty not even 10 years after he came back. Not until The End Times is when we'll start losing Primarchs

Someone explain to me why Armageddon has not had an entire indomitus crusade sent to it?
It is a industrial world without peer, contributes guard forces and requires alot as well. If freed then those troops could be diverted elsewhere

The Devastation of Baal started right before the rift opened. The Blood Angels being rescued by RG will (has) happen(ed). Remember GW felted that they jumped too much after the launch of 9th edition where they skipped a lot. So maybe at this time Dante hasn't even meet RG and has not been appointed yet. This also might be during the time that the Lion was still sleeping. The Rock goes over there only to chase the big demon that was trying to become a new chaos god. We know that the main passage will be safe but sense GW turned back time more or less we can only wait and see how it all comes together.
@@tonarinookamiIm pretty sure RG and Dante met and those events already happened. It was the whole point of the Indomitus Crusade and plus with Dantes new model how or why else would he get that unless he got promoted or even turned into a Primaris
