Great review, I just got a 2021 CS winged eagle dual-plated. I was all lined up with Mike Nicolua for new leather. However, when I got the belt I was in shock at the quality of CS leather. After getting the belt, I can’t see ever replacing the leather. Please let me know if u think Orm or Romeo A. Have nicer leather then CS new work. CS now even stamps their own leather.
Now that it's a year later, how's the belt holding up? Is it just kept in a trophy case, or is it used a bit? I have a cheap 2mm Pakistani belt and the gold plating and some of the paint began to fade after just 3 months. But the stuff I've seen from ORM seems much better than the usual eBay belts you can get for $150. He may be doing a sale soon and charging only $450 for the Winged Eagle or classic IC. I may just take that offer as his usual sale price is $550 from what I've seen.
I actually sold it months ago. I couldn't cope with the separation of the feet on the grapplers. The current owner keeps it on display though, and it still holds up.

There's the leather, the logo, and on the replica the sidebars are not attached to the main plate. They are mounted to the strap as their own kind of sideplate. Those are the most significant differences.

That is definitely the best leather work I’ve seen on a Pakistan belt. I wonder how much charges for the hd plates

I haven't gotten an HD ORM yet, but I can say with confidence that it's among the closest to TV quality available.
