Could you please create a video about how to avoid injuries during basic training? Since you are a massage therapist, could you also demonstrate techniques for massaging or treating muscle soreness? Could you recommend any items to bring to basic training to alleviate these issues?

Speaking of showers I leave for Ft Sill November 13th. Do the females all have open showers or are they short stalls?
All of the showers are stalls with curtains. None are open.

@@jameshatenaj it’s been okay! Like she said the shower stalls have curtains in both reception and at your battalions. Beware of your shower drills in yellow phase for the first 72 cause it depends on the drill sergeants you get that will time you for like 4 mins and if you aren’t out by the time your ass is getting smoked! Mind you all we did was run the water and bring our change of clothes in the bathroom. We go back Jan 3rd into White Phase to start our weapons training.
