    His mental and technical game have vastly improved over the past few months and its showing in all its glory. With his almost perfect physique for the game and his great attitude, nothing is stopping him from dominating the tour.

    I once said that Felix was one of those players, who did everything well, but nothing great. 9 months later. Great serve, forehand, and movement, and better tactical player.

      @@a.hthejoker he didn't even have to play 3 set matches too much, just 3 mathces gone to 3 sets, other than that he finished the rest in 2 straight sets. he will surely be more ready than others as he is consistenly playing and in a god-mode form

      You really cannot judge Felix’s success at Paris? I mean he’s only human. Give the kid a break. If he doesn’t do well there it doesn’t mean he’s this weak player. Perhaps it just means that’s he’s tired from winning three tournaments in a row? But personally I don’t think he is tired. He’s only 22 after all.

    Felix has reached his next level permanently! Three titles in October 2022 is no joke. He’s playing a smart and composed game. His performance against Alcaraz was a master class. Felix is now ranked No. 6 in the world which is a career high for him. Remember he’s just 22 as of August 8th.
    Hope he continues at this level at the Paris Masters where he can qualify for the ATP Finals. He has some tough matches coming up against Fritz and Medvedev just to get to the semifinals where hopefully we’ll see a rematch against Alcaraz.

    that shot against alcaraz... he has the level. when a player is hitting winners on the stretch/ edge like that... its hints of djorko and rafa... he's also lost A LOT.. so he is level headed. He has a grandslam in him. just health and a matter of time. AO contender. Well done FAA..

      The interesting question is which Slam gives him the best chance? The French? @ Roland Garros it’s more difficult to punish his 2nd serves & he could win if he’s solved his frequent-loose-pts issue. Maybe Wimbledon? He probably is one of the five-best Serve+1 players on tour now

Note also.. that most of his titles have been indoors... (shrug).. the potential is there.. its the draw, health/ stamina and dare i say it... luck!

      @@BN-em9qx All his titles are indoor. I don’t call that an “issue”, but the biggest prizes are outdoors under winds, heat/cold, sun & brighter lights. And generally bigger crowds. Until he does it, there’s still questions to answer as to whether he’s capable

    Amazing, considering he lost his first EIGHT ATP tour finals all in straight sets, and now he can't stop winning. The part that's impressed me the most is that his serve has been impenetrable recently. But let's see what happens in the bigger tournaments. I have a feeling he will burn out fast in Paris next week because of fatigue. I hope he at least plays Rafa, Novak or Daniil to see where his game's really at.

    I'm not surprised.The FAA had a good grid for all three tournaments.With the exception of Carlos Alcaraz (who is not in the right shape to show high results right now), Felix had no serious rivals. And a player of his skills and talent is obliged to win in such situations.Let's see what he will show in Paris, where all the strongest will be:Novak,Rafa,DaDvedev,Kasper,Tsitsipas,Rublev,Hubi ,Fritz.

    Clinching 3 ATP Titles within 3 weeks is never an easy enhancement on the behalf of Aliassime. It points out that Felix will be at the zenith in the future. Aliassime will be one of those players like Carlos Alcaraz and Yannik Sinner in order to commence a new era in the tennis.     Felix Auger-Aliassime vs. Mikael Ymer will be an exciting game in Paris! Two players in great form. Obviously Auger-Aliassime will be the clear favourite but Ymer is so hard to break down because of his fantastic footwork and he's been much more aggressive lately and improved his forehand greatly as well.

His issues seemed to be primarily psychological in nature and he seems to have broken out of his shell IMO. I suppose time will tell but it's not every day that someone wins 3 straight tournaments.
