Perspective is a funny thing. We see things from Walt’s point of view, so the elation and smug attitude from Hank and Jesse seem reminiscent of villains arrogantly lauding their superiority over the hero in a spiteful and sadistic manner. Even most of the shots are framed from walt’s pov, like we are in his position look at their hubris-filled expressions.
But when you have all the context, what they are really feeling is justice. Jesse finally, after endless manipulation, gets to be in a position of actual power over his master (for lack of a better term) and Hank is finally vindicated after two years of hard work, shame, pain, degradation and realizing what an absolute fool Walt made out of him by being the man he was looking for all this time. And the twisted thing is, even with all this context in mind, you still feel inclined to root for Walt.

Jesse told him to go to the cops instead of killing gale.
Skylar told him to admit he was in danger and go to the police.
Hank offered to talk to him about anything when he saw the beating jesse gave him. Walt could have turned informant against the salamancas and fring.

"Gretchen and eliot offered him a way out with the job." He has no obligation to take that job
"Jesse told him to go to the cops instead of killing gale." and spent the rest of his life in prison, why would he do that? At that point he might as well let mike kill him and also puts himself and his family in grave jeopardy
"Skylar told him to admit he was in danger and go to the police." and spent the rest of his life in prison, exactly why would he do that? Also if he did go to the police and did that he and his entire family would be killed.
"Hank offered to talk to him about anything when he saw the beating jesse gave him. Walt could have turned informant against the salamancas and fring." again stupid and the cartel would kill him and his family, also probably spend life in prison.
"Saul told him to be happy about winning the irish sweepstakes with fring dead and to walk away." There is nothing immoral about making meth, but I would agree he should have stopped when he had several million dollars.

I love the look on Walt's face. It's not anger, it's the way a dissapointed father looks at a son who decided to betray him.
Jesse knew that Walt went trough all of this to leave money for his family once the cancer kills him and he still betrayed him.
And although Walt became a horrible person who let his ego get over his head as they progressed, manipulating him at times, he still saved his life on several occasions and showed authentic compassion towards him, even more than his real parents.
That's why Jesse at 1:40 cannot respond to Walt's accusing look other than toning down his initial enthusiasm over Walt's arrest.
He recapitulates if depriving Walt of his only unselfish goal is the point where he went to far since now he did what he actually despises.
Especially when he realizes that he hid the money at the place where they cooked together for the first time.
