- Casey Putsch traveled to Dubai, UAE to visit W Motors and test drive the Fenyr Supersport and the Lykan Hypersport. Casey does a full video with Ralph Debbas, the CEO of W Motors and tours all the major facilities while the Ghiath Dubai police vehicles are being finished. Casey and Ralph also tour the new factory and HQ of W Motors that is currently under construction in this 5th video of a 5 part series on W Motors.

I would love to see more things like this. Intelligent, focused, car design, and business. You are a great spokes person for all of these things.
I'm becoming more and more interested in W Motors after seeing these 5 videos!
Also, thanks for uploading this awesome video on my birthday! 30+ minutes well spent! 🥳
You got it!
W motors- Don't worry about the numbers the car makes just look at the shiny diamonds on my headlights.
@@artquezada29 reality is W motors allegedly built and sold at least 6 "supercar" prototype Lykans to get seed money to move the company along and build the Fenyr. Lykan was just a halo car that flew too close to the sun because the specs and price tags were crazy. Good on the company for making the money and getting their feet off the ground. I don't think anyone was disputing the companies existence. Casey seemed to take the Donut vid as a personal attack on his project. Unfortunately the way Casey called out Donut and kept gas lighting it really helped blow this out of proportion seemingly for the YT views. I'd respect Casey more if he kept his pearl clutching to himself and just showed us this amazing opportunity he got to experience. Instead he built it up and ultimately let people down for all for the views. But looking at the views in this series it becomes apparent the everyone figured out the tea on the Lykan wasn't going to get spilled. I look forward to him keeping Donut out of his mouth and working on any of the many projects he got us hooked on.
So great and humbled that we get to see and experience the take off of a new kind of Automotive/Technology company. Definitely keeping an eye on these guys for the future. Thank you Casey and Ralph for for inviting us to UAE
Nice wrap up to the series. That police vehicle is quite an attractive machine- would love to see a civilian version! Hope you're feeling better soon!
No it wasn't he failed disprove anything donut media said. That was his whole reason for whole series click bait much
just like expected. the lykan wasnt on the dyno, hasnt shown us any laptimes or other metric to actually confirm its status as a "supercar" and not just a reshelled porsche for 10x the price but what we did see was its heatshielding being defective when actually driven... you should really delete every mention of donut media you made in the last few months because you did not only fail to prove them wrong but actually prove them right by doing everything you could except the thing you promised to do. shame.
Thank u it feels like it's nothing but bot comments on here supporting this guy.
People questioned W Motors for their credibility, and after this series, I think things look even worse for them now. Ralph wants us to believe that their Ghiath patrol vehicle is built "completely" in the UAE as he mentions at 17:48. In part 4 of 5 from this series he also goes as far as to say "first car ever built in the UAE, ever from scratch". Well, thank you Casey for not playing along and pointing out at 18:42 that this is based on an existing platform. I guess Ralph wasn't expecting you to spill the beans on this one. And then at 19:42 he changes his words to "200 to 300 parts are built from scratch". Well God damn it, which one is it, Ralph? Pick one for crying out loud. Did you build the entire car or just 200 to 300 parts of it? Now, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with using an existing platform, but something is seriously wrong when they claim that the car is built completely by them, when obviously it's a Nissan Patrol with a body kit, fitted with high-tech gadgets and some police equipment. I hope Ralph and his team are aware that it's a night and day difference between building or modifying on top of an existing platform, and building something "from scratch".
Nothing new that this guy is a hack lol
Wow that was awesome thanks for sharing it with us.
What was awesome he showed us what we all seen and heard before
As a Police Officer in the states I am amazed at the 360 camera on the roof, it paints such a better picture of a scenario then a shaky, poorly placed body camera that frequently falls off and the connectivity, interoperability and forward thinking about linking their data systems is something we still struggle with in the states, even with simple radio communications among different agencies covering the same area. Fascinating video Casey, keep up the good work.
Thanks and thanks for commenting
360 cameras are even a standard part of the Tahoe its based on, its just your gov doesnt choose to give you them.
WOW!!!! Gobsmacked!
The more I see of W Motors the more I like. Looks like they are really doing some awesome things.
What awesome things ?? Lol
@@artquezada29 did you not watch the video? They are building a factory. They have built a car line. They make LE vehicles. That's good stuff in my book. If you don't think so, that's on you.
Nah I think it's cool to make vehicles and factorys but aren't other companies doing that?? Lol
Oh and yes I watched all of them and this guy did not show us anything we havent seen or heard about this Awsome company
That police car is impressive.
Love the rear suicide doors. Great idea, easier to defend one opening with a shield each way
Looks like the suicide doors were just on the prototype. In the other unit where they finish them they opened one up and it was standard style doors. Hopefully it's something that some iterations have but might have been one of those prototype things that don't carry through
We already have supercar blondie for this
She probably would have driven the Lykan more as that was the whole reason for the trip.
MAYBE WATCH THE OTHER VIDEOS.......
@@CaseyPutsch I watch all ur vids....
@@CaseyPutsch we have that is why we are upset.
Interesting to see how people overcome supply chain issues by printing their own parts. They could then use that to make molds and produce carbon fiber panels.
Lies! All smoke and mirrors!!!! .....ok....I kid I kid...... pretty awesome trip, glad you jumped on the opportunity
It is starting to look like i have to go to UAE this year. Thank you Casey for doing these videos and sharing with us.
Hoping you can do update visits for us Casey. Cool people, interesting company.
Definitely not the first car factory or manufacturing in the Middle East. Memory serves me right Iran has had automotive manufacturing since the '60s or the '70s.
Careful these people don't want to hear that lol.
And these are imported and then finished in Dubai
wow just blew me away...
Good or bad?
@@CaseyPutsch brilliant.. the technology and time and money they have put in.. plus some really really innovative thinking and a brilliant video
Does anyone know if the tailights on the ghiath are from a Durango I think it's cool but are they original to w motors?
Its just a badge engineered Chevy Tahoe. He even said they only make 2-300 (of the thousands of) parts.
Very interesting. Man, there are some smart people in this world.
And dumb people who believe lairs
@@artquezada29 Let's see what your building and contributing to society. Probably nothing.
@@ryangravley220 I like to ask you the same thing. What you doing that is important to society?
You shouldn't assume someone isn't contributing to society just because I think a hypercar car company who claims to have a hypercar car doesn't show any hard-core numbers of a vehicle that is worth 3.5 million how is that contributing to society??????????? You mad at ask questions they don't want to answer they didn't show anything on how they tested and built the car. We were just told
Wow imagine praising one of the most authoritarian governments on earth for making you feel 'safe'. Wheres the bit where you show where this first Arab designed and built vehicle was built (in Italy)?
So much for that integrity and passion for truth eh
Like i'm watching How it's Made, but it's W Motors!
Wow those police vehicles are insanely cool! I’d love to see a demo of the drones taking off and returning to land in a moving vehicle! This series was so great! You’re so blessed to get to participate in all of these awesome automotive events, from racing to engineering and production. You are a rockstar, Casey! Much love from Texas!
They didn't show any of the police vehicles functions im just taking ur word for it
Much like the Lykan I'd say. Seems to be the MO.
@@malichi91 honestly thank you
SMH…. The earth is flat too.
@@CaseyPutsch I wish it was it would make more sense.
I mean he did get super excited and show that flip down tailgate step so there is that. Oh and that grab bar you can use while standing on aforementioned step.
Huge props to them for making these things, but one thing he got super wrong tho; the first automotive company in Middle East were IKCO and Saipa from Iran, though they make shitty cars but technological and size wise they're almost as large as VW Group (AND I'M SERIOUS!!!), they just make shitty cars due to them being under the government control and due to political reasons. Plus, they make their own cars beside other licensed cars and not just rebodying some Nissan Patrols and Chevy Tahoes and RUF CTR3 Clubsports...
Casey Putsch;
clearly this video was actually recorded from the initial portion of the visit with W Motors, CEO Ralph Debbas, before the driving of the Lykan Supercar 'protoype' [only remaining in use] and Fenyr vehicles, which those recorded videos were compiled, edited and posted previously as episodes 2, 3, 4.
The actual driving was also limited and no such actual performance was achieved, verified, measured, etc. or seen within these vlog posts either.
Your biased portrayal are clear, obvious, and certain.
We should all ask You, Casey, what has led You to ignore, abandon, disregard all of the many important aspects, ideas, concepts, principles that You have put emphasis upon within Your vlog videos within this channel and claim about Your projects, including Your Genius Garage and to convey, teach adn attempt to instill infuse within Your students and the viewers of this channel too ?! 🤨
One simple question to consider, rhetorically:
"What would Your grandfather [You have mentioned, his vital, important, essential concept, and principle 😏] say, comment, respond about W Motors, CEO, Ralph Dabbas, and Your biased portrayal ?!🧐🙄
😳 🤔😮💨😶🌫🤨🥺😧😞
In addition doe this fit with Your promotion statement at the end of these videos for Genius Garage ?! 🧐🙄
"...What We do together is how We shape a better future for Everyone..."
Sincerely ☺
Such an interesting company.
Really, why? Because a CZcamsr shed light on one of the gazillion engineering companies scattered all over the world (and...outside the US)? ;) Do you know, that the current Supra/Z4 is bullt by Magna in Austria? They also have their engineering squad here and develop stuff for manufacturers. They just don´t sell it under their own name (anymore...someone remember PUCH?). The (in)famous G-Wagen was also conceived in this neighborhood, as the Mercedes or Puch G and it´s also still built in Austria. And there´s Porsche engineering, Lotus engineering, Ricardo (engines for McLaren) etc etc.
However, I don´t mean it badly. It´s just noth that special. Would be interesting though, if Casey went on a tour to visit some of the European engineering firms, you´d be suprised.. ;)
This is very cool, I had no idea that w motors was into more than super awesome cars
So my question Casey did they offer you a job in R&D for the new cars. It looks like you would be a perfect fit in the company. 👍
I’d LOVE to set up the Fenyr for them. There is a lot of speed left on the table I could still squeeze out in all fairness.
@@CaseyPutsch you just never know. 😁
@@CaseyPutsch So You are admitting to Your personal bias then Casey ? 🤔🤭🤫
lykan is masterpiece
This was a really neat video. This is exciting. Really looking forward to seeing these cars driven. Fun.
Casey, you are being an unbelievably awesome ambassador for W Motors! Not to mention the every man type of person that I admire, respect, and enjoy watching. I truly pray that some day this side of heaven I get to shake your hand and say"well done". Not only for this, but the whole Genius Garage and speaking your mind way of life as well! Know that you invite God's blessings for your life. Amen.
Thank you kindly.
Holy crap, these guys are amazing lol, first off I’m just blown away by how smart those police vehicles are, and secondly, as an architect geek, it’s so cool seeing the bones of how the build stuff along with the tech
What was mind blowing about ??
One thing missing in that cop car is de escalation tactics…. Tyrants
Super fascinating! Hope I see one of their products someday.
This is truly awesome. Ralph seems like my kind of guy. Love to see innovation and smart engineering/business practices at work! Wish I could be a part of this company ethos!
I'd like to know more about the cars I haven't heard anything new
Thank you for sharing the awesome experience of not only the cars, but the bigger picture of W Motors and all of their accomplishments in this growing segment of the industry. I would have never heard of the Lykan had it not been for your channel.(I only saw the first 2 movies) As an entrepreneur and “car guy” it’s great to see the passion and phases of development of the company that Ralph shared. Additionally Ralph and his team at W Motors are true visionaries. They are also opening up the minds of others that the UAE is a great place for industry as well as a place to visit. As you know there is a lot of stigma about anywhere in the middle east. Yet on my own personal experiences on visits to Istanbul Turkey and Iran, I was met with nothing but warm hospitality. Thank you for all that you do both here on CZcams and at Genus Garage.
Yay Casey's back 😎
almost. :)
@@CaseyPutsch get well soon
also awsome to see you being able to be so casual with the ceo, and from that see that he has intrests in cars and such the same way most of us do, thats something you almost never see, which is just awsome to see
Yup!
Lmao yeah that CEO is just one of the guys get outta here 🤣 boy has lie to kick it 😂 🤣 💀 😭 😅
I wonder who's back in this company?
Interesting.
Sooooooooooosoooooooooooper card
We want fenyr vs twizy soon 🤣🤣
Justice for twizy.
I still find it funny that the cop SUVS they’re building are using Dodge Durango taillights. I understand it’s normal for manufacturers to borrow parts. Just funny to spot them out.
pretty sure theyre just rebranding vehicles for those; i was thinking Land Rover taillights but i could defs see Durango now that you mention it lol
Even funnier theyre on a badge engineered Tahoe
Kinda funny that the guy given an opportunity to review the Lykan in depth is the same guy who received help from W motors on the build of his replica Lykan for Genus Garage. Still waiting for an unbiased review. Whatcha hidin Lykan…
I’ll be honest. They didn’t do squat to help us.
I fairness to Casey he did say that he had only communicated with w motors about it and possibly some back and forth with an engineer.
We need to get caaey to 500k subs no one has gotten this access to a auto maker with controversy around it I fk with Dub motors
So, If I'm Not Mistaken Then; W Motors, Can Also Essentially Be Called, "Wolf Motors?" Because, If The Whole Idea And Thought Process Is Based On #TheSpiritOfTheWolf, Then Would It Be Incorrect To Say, That The W Of W Motors, Is In Fact, Wolf Motors?
man it would be awsome if they would bould a civil version of that ghirth
Bot
Yeah. It´s called Nissan Patrol. Oder Chevy Tahoe, I can´t really distinguish these things. But one of them must be the base of it.
@@izno73 it’s a Nissan Armada 2022 base
@@izno73 regardless of that, the styling thats been added is just out of the ordinairy, its not your basic squar box thats all im pn about
@@artquezada29 ?
This is really exciting stuff. This is the birth of what could be a regional powerhouse someday. How crazy would it be if one of the Genius Garage students went on to work here?
It's great to see that they're doing more than just supercars, it looks like the new fleet truck is based on a Nissan Armada/patrol and they outfit it accordingly. Over there it makes so much sense to base it on something so popular, make it look incredible, and give it the utility the stock veichles can't provide
This was filmed on the set of Fast 10. The Fast and the Fake. In the end credits Dom Toretto comes out and gives actual vehicle track times.
Funny thing is Koenigsegg is very open with their cars and specs while W motors has paid a shill youtuber.. after a series of videos.. still proves nothing.
He bought his own ticket. He’s not a paid shill. If you’d watch more of his channel you’d see that.
@@glarbstintinfordschwifty4429 why would a company for 7 plus years needs a youtuber to do pr for them? If not paid, he's bias. He doesnt even have any answers about alot of questions raised starting from the donut media video. Or maybe he cant just admit that the lycan is just a reshelled porsche because he was paidntonshut up
They don’t “need” a youtuber to do PR for them, they do very limited run specialty vehicles which all sold well and are mostly meant for the market in that part of the world anyway. And as far as the rebodied Porsche situation, if you noticed, he did call the ceo out when they were talking about the military spec SUV being built on the chassis of a Nissan, not actually completely made in-house
@@glarbstintinfordschwifty4429 then why call donut media out which sparks everything in the first place yet none of all the videos he made addresses all the questions raised? If he's doing this for clout for views then this makes him lower than shill
@@minovskyparticles1834 I agree with you there. I think he was a bit too hard on the Donut media guys. He was a bit but hurt. I hope we get more hard data soon, but I really don’t think this is a scam.
Mom, can we have Inside Koenigsegg?
“We have that at home”
Inside Koenigsegg at home:
For anyone who says that W Motors is not a real car company because someone else made the chassis.... Is GM not real because the Geo Metro was actually a Suzuki Swift? Is Dodge not real because the Omni was actually a French compact car? Tons of examples of the big 3 here in the US buying, borrowing, and stealing cars to rebadge as their own. It is a time honored automotive tradition.
none of the cars you listed are 3,4 million dollar versions of a 150k car
Ford also didn’t make the GT40
@@NapiLP we could go on for hours showing examples of car companies who use parts from other manufacturers. Even really expensive cars have to get the basic parts from somewhere. Especially if it is a brand new company that is still building it's manufacturing. Whether the Lykan is worth the pricetag is a different discussion. This whole series of videos was to show that W Motors is a real car company. Which it succeeds in doing.
@@brianspenst1374 What I've gathered is that Koenigsegg is one of the only car companies I know that makes (almost?) all of their parts in house. At least according the /INSIDE KOENIGSEGG -series from THE DRIVE. It was super interesting stuff and the passion and vision of the main man was really something. W Motors seems to be on the same course, only with a LOT broader portfolio, which seems like a better decision business wise, if all of it doesn't end up being too much to chew.
@@CaseyPutsch no but the guy who built it didn't shy away from hiding its speed or lap times so what's your point???
Interesting take on the diamonds being the eyes of the wolf. Personality is something that all modern cars lack. Nissan GTR's or Lamborghini's are amazing engineered machines, but lack a soul that somehow Porsche was able to retain. W Motors seem to get that, and despite working with the most exotic materials have not overlooked that component of their cars.
It’s really too bad these videos aren’t gaining more traction on CZcams. I think it would be great for this series to be seen by more people. Most people I think had no clue about this company much less any company in the Middle East
And the worst part is if the content had been negative in its opinion than the video series probably would have done better on the algorithm. SO LAME
What if fenyr and lykan is combined
Fenyr + Lykan = Fenykan
oohhhh or FYKAN!
@@CaseyPutsch Yeah that's also good
"crime prediction"?
Minority Report vibes
Yep…
Think this video really set in how incredible an opportunity this was for you! It really puts a human face to a company and shows how companies being kind makes a huge difference and makes them stands out when usually companies feel so cold. Compare your Lykan journey to the B is for Build Eleanor situation. Doesn't make sense why more companies aren't like W Motors.
Major congrats to Ralph for not being another "guy in a suit", but a humble and passionate car entrepreneur. His business seems to be growing in a smart and healthy way. Thanks Casey for accepting his invitation and showing us this! Regards from Portugal
For a CEO to know his employees, the processes, the technical details about their products so well is hugely impressive! I would immediately want to go work for him 👌👌

funny how donut media still thinks that the cars are fake 🤦
I don’t think they actually care. They just want views.
America needs to step there game up geeze 😂😂😂😂
Who are we even kidding that head of engineering 3d printing stuff? That too gear lever covers, shouldn't that be a job for the "design" department what a shit show and that cop car, I am betting billion dollars that I do not have, none of the screens respond or if they do it's 10 minute after the input, that giant heap of trash thats the police car was in development and testing for 2 years for the government and the only thing functional on it were the steps on the back of the tailgate? Surely you could have sat inside actually delved deep into how all the buzzword softwares actually work how those screens help cause idk a cop car shouldn't have fancy UI with minimalist design language rather a functional gauge display of all important stuff.
In short donut was billion% right w motors ain't anything hugely different from the devel 16, joke of a company.
LOL! Well at least I can cash in your imaginary billion dollars.
@@CaseyPutsch admit it u are completely wrong
Looks like the days where we get videos about the builds are gone. Extremely overpriced sports cars that are rich people’s toys and garage queens hold very little interest for me.

The CEO of W Motors is like a cooler Elon Musk 😂
Lol, no he isn't.
Casey im gonna be upfront, it seems donut has been proven right as far as the lykan and fenyr specs goes as i was expecting to see some tests with the fenyr super sport maybe even the lykan. However where this series does prove donut wrong is the miss characterization of w motors and its ceo.
