I’m neither Ghanian or Nigerian...and this doesn’t make sense but...despite having a Jamaican dad and a Vietnamese mom...I have had a Nigerian friend and I went to her house for dinner, her mom was cooking jollof rice and it tasted the bomb, it actually tasted really good. I have tasted Ghanaian rice before when I went with my dad to a trip to Ghana where we went to see his friend that was promoting a club and was inviting us, his mom cooked the nicest jollof rice I have ever tasted.

I think it doesn’t matter where it’s from , it depends on who makes it. Some Nigerians can make good jollof rice and some can’t. Same way some Ghanaians can make good jollof rice but some can’t. It’s mainly based on individual cooking skills
