    ONE VIBE™ FEATURES:
    LIGHTWEIGHT & EASY TO TRANSPORT:
The One Vibe standard frame is the most rigid frame in the industry and yet is the easiest to assemble, break down, and folds up quickly. It is also one of the lightest at 111 pounds (50 kg).
    MAGNETIC DRIVE SYSTEM:
Through the One Vibe design process, we made many important improvements to the vibraphone. One of these groundbreaking innovations is our patented Magnetic Drive System. It allows the performer to quickly install or remove the resonators without needing to hook up belts or cables, and the fans always stop in the open position.
    IZZY™ HEIGHT-ADJUSTMENT:
Our gas spring height adjustment system allows you to raise and lower the vibe smoothly and effortlessly. The laser-inscribed tape measure on the frame ensures your preferred keyboard height every time.

@@christopherpederson1021 Two microphones would be better! ;-)
But seriously, Cindy. Vibraphone amplification is achieved generally one of two ways: the aforementioned 2 microphones or a piezo pickup system where there are individual piezos permanently attached to each bar at the node (an area of the bar directly under the string passing through). Each piezo then plugs into a collection rail that sends the signals to an preamplifier that can then be connected to a amplifier of your choosing. *K&K Amplification Systems* has been around for many years and has a great reputation. I believe *Malletech* also has a vibe pickup system for sale.

As a One Vibe owner (silver bars), I will attest that it puts out a lot of sound, particularly with a heavier mallet like the IP Drew Tucker. If you're using microphones, one or two cardiod pickup microphones a few feet above the left and right of the keyboard (or over the middle with a single microphone) should work well - Audio Technica, R0de, AKG, Neumann, etc. are all good depending on your budget. If you also have to cover the PA system, get an amplifier or mixer & speakers with microphone preamps.

No sound demo for this $5200 product? Ok.

I see this as more of a quick intro to the instrument. There are many One Vibe review videos on CZcams with good sound quality (Adam Tan, Marimbology, etc.), and even head-to-head reviews vs. comparable products. Check them out.
