    So funny thing Guys I just got done training arms and I started to enjoy my arms a little bit better as the pump has been tremendous the last few weeks I think my diet in check and I'm starting my fit for 51 here pretty soon

      Muscle growing tip from Holy books.
      1. Its written in Holy book that who ever will eat 5 bananas and then drink milk on it one glass these things will increase their body meat. And do not add sugar.
      (Do not add water and make juice of it. drinking juice of water (milk or yogurt) and banana will make you ill its also written in Holy books. )
      1. To strong the bone its written in Holy books that who will drink one glass milk and 1 table spoon turmeric powder their bones will be strong.

    Jay, my Fit for 50 day has come!!! I started 15mos ago and followed along with you on your Fit for 50 journey. You have been my inspiration the entire time. My family laughs at me because I'm decked out in Cutler gear all the time. I don't care, it worked!!!! Lost 28lbs, 3 inches off my waist and added at least 5-10 pounds of muscle. At 6' 3", 220, I just feel like a beast. A far cry from the nearly 250 pound dad bod I had grown into. You'll never know how much you mean to me. Someday our paths will cross and I will get a chance to thank you in person. Ironically, today is arm day for me, too, haha!!!!!

    Thanks for another great arm workout, Jay just happened to be my arm day , been working out since 1977 all my routines pretty much match up with you although free weights were always used since there were hardly any machines except for the universal and that was crap now that I’m older more machines are utilized !!! SR.

    I'd never do push pull. It would take me 4-5 hours to do enough lol I have always trained high volume so I have to do a lot since high volume with a variety of weight and rep ranges creates a lot of muscular endurance.

So you’re saying to switch up different grips, angles and machines rather than the exercise order itself?     Arms were insane at 2001 Mr. Olympia. Between that and 2009 Olympia were your best arms. Any reason you never do concentration curls or overhead cable curls?

    Speaking of arms, I would love to have the lower biceps, that region where the muscle attaches to the forearms, as pumped up and defined as you. When I do the Preacher Curl (or Scott Curl for the older ones...), I now take lighter weights and I go down to the bottom and stretch the lower biceps for at least two seconds. Then I go back up. This area has improved and I can feel it. What do you think? I'm asking you this because every time I see you doing the Preacher Curl on the machines, you don't go all the way down. And your lower bicep is legendary! Christ, your Jay Cutler. 4x Mr. Olympia. Whatever you say, I'll listen.

    How you doing jay !! I got a bottle of your prevail sour blue straws. Wow, that's intensely sour, really intense workouts when I take amplify 2.0 peach Mango with prevail ! I also got the Pina colada generate that's delicious! It's really refreshing with a couple of ice cubes!! I have to change my wardrobe. The only shirt that fits me now is the mystery shirt I got from you. I went from a 5xl to a 1xl ! Thanks for the inspiration!

    I was doing a legs, chest and back day, shoulders and arms. But the chest and back day started to get taxing, so decided to go chest and bis, back and tris… maybe I just need to suck it up.

    3 movements for tries and bis is perfect 2 heavy sets than a volume set either preacher fir bis or reverse 21s bet you've never done those. As a natural at 6'4 i got 20" arms im nearing 41 😂 if ya ever head up to Carson NV hmu we do my old natural creature routine for arms or back love to train back. I may start my own jay walking. Creature walks since im a well of information.
