@@deannab8890 I have high testosterone aswell as hormones.. everything else is normal
I suggest you read more on insulin resistance and reverse that through lifetsyle changes and diet. For me, what worked was high protein healthy fat breakfast + lots of walking everyday. With workouts i do light workouts to not increase cortisol too high.
But yes, get check up first and try not to get on meds first. There are other ways to reverse it❤

It’s obvious that she uses a camera filter. The presence of a filter on her face is clearly discernible when she comes closer to the camera. It is disheartening and unjust that she endorses skincare products while presenting an altered version of her skin. If you were to search on CZcams for videos discussing the use of filters, you would find other beauty influencers elucidating this practice.

I exfoliate when I shave and do an “everything shower” before using the device and then a few days later I’ll exfoliate again xx

allergy to zinc oxide is actually extremely rare. its the main ingredient in diaper rash products for babies. its more likely you're allergic to some other ingredient like fragrance or essential oils. but definitely not a reason to avoid spf
I’m allergic to zinc oxide and nappy rash cream actually causes more of a rash for me, I’ve tried it recently
@@LailliMirza It's likely that the benzyl alcohol can do that as well which is in all the nappy rash creams
@@LailliMirzaHey Lailli. Have you tried chemical SPF products?There are so many save chemical SPF filters that that are much user friendlier than physical SPF such as Zinc oxide. The best thing about it is that they don’t make the skin look white or pale and much less greasy.

Ofcourse we all know there's physical hardships and such, and why give up a successful comfortable life for it? I wouldn't expect just your beauty to push you forward, no, too many times people in such positions try and it folds. It's your sharp character that's unique. Your direct and smooth when speaking into the camera and have a full personality. For some odd reason, wrestling does attract the most shallow of characters at times, even in the big wwe.
