- Join Eric for this mega challenge as he models the biggest, and coolest, bench he's ever seen - literally called, 'Megabench' (you can't make this stuff up!).

See the bench for yourself at the 'Foot of Lonsdale Plaza' in the Shipyards, North Vancouver, BC.

Great technique Eric, I’ll be using that in the future for definite.
Hi Eric, can you do another short showing how you did the reveal animation of the bench please. It looks like a very handy tip. Thanks
It's an older one, but the steps are still there! czcams.com/video/dg9J1GitGCo/video.html
Cool technique! Wasn't aware of the sandbox "from contours" tool! Question: why not use the intersect function from solid tools?
I agree... I think you could have skipped the red box step by using the Intersect solid tool... but, cool video either way.
@@donrushton Thanks both for the tip. I actually don't use solid tools very often and must have overlooked that! Always looking to learn myself.
thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks! How you made separate windows on mac for intersect tools?
Go to View/Tool Palettes and choose whichever tool set you want ;)
