Animation in Sketch is an interesting topic and this is a clever take. There is a way to use multiple section planes within component objects to show them being built-up by the plane, as the camera passes by. Would you be interested in doing an advanced video on this?
Besides the 3 ways shown, are there any other simple techniques to create build-up animations? Out of the 3 ways shown, which one would be easiest for a beginner to try?

I usually show the steps with each part or concrete lift as it will actually be built. It makes it even more useful for the contractor.
Reaper can be used for the video program. Fades, Dissolves and add music or narration. It even exports GIFs.
