      No pool. Gym is set to be completed in 2023. Until then you get a discount on the main Third Space gym. Standing charges for bills are insance though. I pay £40 per month for heating and I don't use any.
      You're paying for convencience most of all. Amazon Fresh is right next to your ass, Hawksmoor is in front of you and Mercato Metropolitano will open in Summer 2022. You also have both Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. That's what you're really paying for.
