@@itaimeliano1212 OP is talking about how many type of spices they add to the dish, not the amount. I guess in Indian cuisine they put every type of spice imaginable into every type of food
Then it must be very flavorful, but if they put the same spices like garam masala, chili powder, coriander, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste etc etc into every food, will all the food taste the same?
