I am really really sorry as I forgot to replay your text !!! if your machine is too slow then you need to know a few things to find out the reason. first the configuration of your machine example the board hard drive ram processor and graphic so on.! if the system is strong enough to run normally then please check the hard drive in case any bad sector or s.m.a.r.t. failure.
there are some machines in the market nowadays are really sleek design but with the performance, they are really bad mostly the speed.
all those steps are secondary. first, make sure there is no virus or operating system errors.

Hi, First of all sorry for the late replay.Due to restore i mean reinstall the windows you should Have the disc. For the windows installation process you no need to know the password. do you have the windows disc or bootable usb drive?

Make sure you are not trying to reinstall windows 7?? Because someting some motherboard bios specially which one come later then windoes 7 , i mean comes with windows 10 from the menufacture, would not allow you and the hard drive would not show in the windoes installation page. If this Happen then try windoes 10.
Other tips.
try to unplug the drive and reformatt it with partition manager tools.
