These memes rocked my world and it’s a shame we couldn’t look at the last few months because FM has certainly produced plenty of meme worthy moments recently.
The Reddit page is also a great spot to ask questions about tactics, squad building, and generally tips or tutorials for Football Manager. The Argentina Saudi Arabia prediction was good, that's how football works sometimes though, it could have easily been 4-0 at HT, but... luck plays a role
FM can't predict results because it lacks that human factor, they can't predict 6 goals being offside or a star player not being able to play or an early injury for the gk
Also argentina can beat saudi arabia 9 out of 10 games, but the asian victory was the result we got this one time
While I'm this early I just want to say that Zealand always brings a smile to my face during a hard day at work, and has really helped me with FM over the last couple of years. Thank you for all you do, from the manager of Club Bolivar :)

I’ve worked scouting on FM, get 30+ new recommendations every 3-7 days. Remember to uncheck the ‘include reports from other scouting assignments’ (I think it’s called?) at the bottom of the scouting focus window.
It’s actually 9 players in the squad in the Swedish league. Very annoying🫠

How I do the scouting: Hire 25 scouts and assign one to each region looking for 4* potential players under 19, permanently. Reports will slowly trickle in. Especially once regens show up.

Rather than mid-season form, I've noticed more that my side hits an end-of-season dip. Like...end of March time performances just collapse, strikers can't score. We stop defending. It's happened like 2-3 seasons in a row for me.

He did upload a SYS 9 days ago. Next will be probably announced on Discord around end of January. It is usually once a month. It is announced on the Discord channel, in the (Twitch) subscriber section. So. you would need to be a Twitch subscriber and look out for the announcement and then upload your save according to how it is described there (not very difficult).

Honestly SI has got to add training conversation to why players aren't playing. Most of the time, I drop my in-form player if he's getting too cocky in training or someone else in his playing position had a better rating and training progress that week. Also, can someone explain why players get mad when you keep complaining of their training performance when clearly their rating never gets to a 7.00 from the first complaint?
yes! When after a couple of complaints and him saying You're right boss, I'll work on it and you're just thinking a month later...So when's this renewed effort going to start?!

Livakovic is a bang average goalkeeper at best (not in game obviously, he s a 9/10 on most recent FM games). Decent shot stopper, amazing at penalties BUT his problems are very hard to fix. He s scared to leave his line, he constantly doubts himself whether he needs to come for a cross or ask for the ball from a center back, his communication is very poor and he seems to freeze at times in big games. It ain't random that no super big club ever splashed the cash for him, I m pretty sure he s being scouted for a decade now, he s just not an S tier goalkeeper and noone wants to have him as their first choice (obviously from the huge European clubs). He could do ok in a middle of the table type of team.

God I hate interacting with players in this game lol. Why are they always so volatile to everything? Why did the devs think players who become unhappy and stop playing for you at the drop of a hat is fun? Imagine if real life was like that, players knocking on the managers door complaining about every little think or throwing a tantrum because the manager is happy with their form, nobody would do that job lol. I feel more like a kindergarten teacher than a manager in these games.
