Hello, In This Video I Go Over Tesla How To Turn On / Off Cabin Overheat Protection - Tesla Cabin Overheat Protection Explained Model 3 Model Y Model S Model X Cybertruck Example Step by Step Instructions, Guide, Tutorial, Video Help
In this video I walk through the step by step guide, instructions, tutorial on how to turn on or turn off cabin overheat protection in your Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, Cybertruck. I Hope This Video Helped! Please subscribe for more!
So if you are using Cabin Overheat Protection "with A/C", I assume the cooling is turned on when the temp exceeds your set temp and attempts to cool the car down to the set temp and then turns off. BUT, if you select 'fan only' when does it turn on since the temp selector disappears when you select the fan only option. Is there a lower temp limit at which the fan will turn off when a temp is reached?
Thanks for your helpful videos!
Anyone else having issues with their overheat protection just not working? All of the sudden it’s just not activating. First it was just my wife’s car, now mine is doing the same. It’s really irritating when the app controls just don’t work
Same here!
@@y.e.2438 they’re now working sporadically. I wish there was a way to submit a complaint for these software/app problems so that Tesla could address the issues quicker. At this very moment, my wife’s car has the COHP set to activate at 95 degrees. Her car is currently at 92. Mine, however, is set to activate around 90 degrees. My car interior is 134 😡
What in the world is bioweapon defense mode 😅😅
From Tesla - Bioweapon defense mode, the medical grade HEPA filter is extremely effective at removing particles, including pollution, allergens, bacteria, pollen, mold spores, and viruses. Both the HEPA filter and the secondary filtration system also contain activated carbon to remove a broad spectrum of odors and gases. When you engage Bioweapon Defense Mode, the positive pressure inside the cabin minimizes the amount of outside air that can enter the vehicle.
what if all the options are greyed out for me? I have a tesla model 3 but I can’t control this from the app
