I do not see why it’s not loved so much. It’s an amazing Zelda title.
There were minor annoyances that, for some, just added up too much.
So much padding in the game to make it longer.

I played through this game twice and I enjoyed every second of it.
Just excited to play it for the first time, didn’t get to have a wii when this came out.

This was the first Zelda game my daughters watched me play the whole way through. It has been a tradition to do so on every subsequent release. Considering my youngest was 5 when the original was released, it will be amazing to experience it all over again. Plus, she’s amazing at remembering everything. I’ll miss her when she goes to college. Haha

I’m excited to get the game as it’s the first game (chronologically) in the Legend of Zelda Series so I’m super excited to see the origins of Hyrule, Zelda, Ganon, and Link

Loved the story of this one but I'm most excited about better controls for the flying. Lost more than a few brain cells trying to replay the flying minigames
I think the most thing I'm excited for is to be able to play the game with a controller and not motion controls. I didn't have a chance to beat it when it first come out so I'm hoping to finally beat it now.
I'm most excited to re-experience finding all the Goddess Cubes on the ground then track down the chests in the sky. It's like a double treasure hunt! :D

It’s a lot of fun and has one of if not THE best stories in the franchise, and the music is absolutely gorgeous. Try out the motion controls…they’re not as bad as people say, it actually makes the game a lot more fun, and it was the way it was meant to be experienced! Have fun!
I’m excited for the last Ghirahim fight. Curious how the motion controls stack up on the Switch.

I'm excited to experience this game again with the updated visuals! This was one of the first Zelda games I ever played and I fell in love with it. What a great story with vibrant characters. Can't wait to see the red headed menace GROOSE again 😆

This was a great and objective review of the original game. You guys did excellent stating the good and the bad in detail without exaggerating facts. And, I think you brought up some excellent points lots of fans who are passionate about this game, whether for it or against it, tend to forget.

The fuck you talking about?? Motion controls don't require more than a flick of the wrist.
This is the reason everyone complained about the motion controls, they were using them wrong, for example “swinging the controller like a madman”
@@tcrpgfan It’s not sensitive enough. Having to flick so hard isn’t natural and feels off. This is where the standard controller layout works well...except for the camera control.
Haven’t played this game in about half a decade and I never finished it, and being trapped indoors because of the lockdown, this is a great time to replay it

I'm so excited to play this game. My younger cousin and I took turns playing this on the wii when we got it Christmas 2011 and had a blast. I’m most excited to see how the characters looks have evolved! I’ve always been a huge fan of the series and have loved watching how the characters, music and scenery have changed over the decades.

The music just brings major nostalgia. I've never played this title because I didn't have a wii but I remember watching my older cousins play. Which was good enough for me.

This was one of many entries that I never got to play. I look forward to playing this for the first time. I literally just bought the Master Sword yesterday as a birthday present. This would make an awesome new addition to my birthday celebration.

Excited to revisit the game I played after coming home from school everyday when I was 11. Favorite part was flying around on my Loftwing.
Just getting to play the game again makes me happy as my childhood wii and save data has been lost to time but the 60fps and option to skip cutscenes is very nice
I'm most excited about how the boss battles will look in HD. Zelda has had some interesting battles throughout it's run and seeing them in more clarity is going to be fun.

I just can't wait to finally be able to finish this game. I started it a few times on the Wii but various things got in the way of finishing it. Moved out, had to leave the Wii behind bc family console. By the time I had access to a Wii again, had to restart. Wii was aged and controllers couldn't hold a charge for much longer than a few minutes and wouldn't work with batteries either. I've played every game in this series at least once, so I'm pumped to finally knock this one out.

Goodness, I can’t wait for this. This was the first Zelda game that I played as a child, and never even finished it. Having the graphics and controls remastered and actually finishing it is something I’m stoked for.

I remember when I played this the first time and finished it. The part where the Zelda get captured and you're running down to where the Imprisoned is. Fighting off waves of monsters. Gave me the chills the and excited me. It was one of the most heroic moment in almost all video games. Zelda games do it right with the ending and Final Boss!!!

I'd say my favorite part of skyward sword was doing the puzzles nothing quite feel as good as working threw a good puzzle and then finally putting all the pieces in place it's my favorite part of just about every Zelda game and seeing the new way to try to get you to think in each new game is by far the best part for me! 😄
Looking forward to giving this a try, I had a wii but by the point Skyward Sword came out I had borrowed my Wii to some family...I just got it back in 2021

I’m most excited for the flying! This game still has the best transportation method of any Zelda game with the Loftwing, and I always had fun just flying around!
I’ve played this originally on the Nintendo wii & it was the most best game I’ve played, can not wait to play this on the switch as I’ve been waiting for this to be remastered and to just captivated and moved by the story and orchestra just thinking about the music just gives me chills
