- Cadets from the 1st Regiment arrived in Fort Knox from across the nation for Basic Camp summer training. For the next 31 days, Cadets will learn leadership skills and train on tasks reinforcing Army Values.

I went through all phases of CST and now going back to become Camp Cadre as 2LT.
It may seem like a long time but I promise you will have a great time all around in learning. Drill Sergeants are there to get the best out of you to prepare you in becoming adequate leaders. Wish you cadets the best.

“The mini camp was basically basic training” that’s all I needed to hear.
Went through basic camp back in 2018. Good eye opening to what the army basic training would’ve been but honestly a waste of time for me.
