Neuvillette has been really strong all this time, but he can cry like everyone else,the English version did very well
Compared to the JP version, holy hell, you can really feel the emotion on the EN side
EN Neuvillette is what makes me love him. He is the only male character I pull without being a Harbinger.

I like the EN too, but looking at comments, i think people missed the intention of the direction of JP. JP Neuvillette is consistently only slightly emotional because Neuvillette himself says that he doesn't know how to express emotions so it actually makes sense considering his character. He's not human. Not to say that it's particularly better in execution than EN, I honestly like both, it's just really a different take in terms of what to put emphasis on.
More than pitting the languages against each other though, I think trying to find the intention in the expression offered gives more insight into the characters. After all, these are all done by pros who put a lot of time and effort into their craft. Unfortunately, I only understand two of these languages, but it's nice to listen to all!

I think when Furina appease Neuvillette , Japan version did the best. Her voice sound so optimism yet so soft and kind like an older sister comfort her brother
Minase Inori is just perfect for the role.

Focalor's JP voice is so good shes so mischievous and cunning plus cute like furina's at the same time. The EN one is good too but it sounds "too mommy" which fits a Ningguang/Jean model more

The emotional depth behind Furina, Focalors and Neuvillette's English voices is incredible. Japanese Neuvillette doesn't sound like he's crying, so telling him to not cry falls flat.

I am Chinese, and I agree that English is good. I think CN and EN are best in this case, JP fell a bit flat for me, the actor doesn't fit the role of Neuvilette, I suspect he was only cast because he voiced Levi from AOT.
Ray Chase does an excellent job as EN Neuvilette. In fact, the EN casting for Fontaine has been very strong so far.

I agree. I like EN and CN the most. The original Chinese has the most consistent voice acting in terms of quality, generally good, and the English casting for Fontaine has been very strong thus far. I especially enjoy Ray Chase's delivery of the "Archons" voiceline.
This why i don't like Eng dub.
