This just looks scary. Imagine taking a Tyson punch after this surgery ...your lower face will be removed, literally!

For a mild gummy smile issue, can it be corrected with traditional braces with TAD and miniscrews anchoring to pull the incisors upwards without invasive surgery?

Won't that cause tooth loss in a long run?

is it right to fix gummy smile only by reducing the upper jaw? how about the lower jaw? dose the bite change if we moved only the upper jaw? and does it effect the TMJ?

I haven't got a gummy smile but my midface is slightly long. Could this be done to shorten it?

@@TheRoboticPineapple Happy to know that your nose hasn't change... I went back to my doctor and he told me to wait till the swelling is completely gone and the nose will return to it's normal shape...but it's seems to me there is no improvment at all... too bad maybe I need to have rhinoplasty.

@@smilesmile6750 That too bad I feel for you. Maybe the surgeon was really rough during the operation. If you look up real life videos they really need to put some force into it to get any movement
