Same thoughts here. I'm half-Russian, and they love their crawfish (cooked with nothing but salt and dill). By the way, really suggest trying it out, with a beer. Then you can taste the actual flavour of crawfish. Louisiana recepies drown it all out with spices.

Looking at all that spicy goodness in sesoning on your boils it makes me wonder if toilets at Louisiana are equipped with extra features than ours....like a cooling cold water bathing system. What a blessed folks from Louisiana....

😂 Nah we just buy the good toilet paper. The seasonings cut through the shit so we don’t have build up in the septic tanks.

Learned a lot from my Cajsian neighbors that got transplanted from N.O. after Katrina. Mr. Nguyen cooked all kinds of stuff in his boil. Asparagus, broccoli, artichokes and cauliflower were some of the things that I can remember and the new spices and sauces that the CajunAsian brought to the game. I've never eat crawfish, a bit of food problems in taste....i see crawfish as mud stuff. But I might try your recipe ..I like all the extra veggies in it. I know its a bit old, but this looks tasty! Green veggies and all that proteins ...good video!

I just wanted to tell you hello and let you know how much I love watching your videos. My husband and I just recently moved to the Pensacola area with our three-year-old because he is in the Navy and now stationed here and to get prepared for living in the area I've been doing a ton of research on how to do our own Crawfish and Seafood boils and I've learned so much from your videos. Hopefully one of these days I'm able to put my research into action LOL
