Pinoy Dessert: Ube-Macapuno Ice Cream

Ube ice cream is a Filipino ice cream flavor prepared using ube (purple yam) as the main ingredient. This ice cream is often used in the making of the dessert halo-halo.(wiki)
Ingredients:
250 ml or 1 box All purpose cream must be chilled (nestle)
1/2 cup Condensed milk(note: i put this amount because ube and macapuno is sweet already) you can put more or less depending on preference
1-4 cup macapuno(preserved)
2-4 Tbsp ube halaya(preserved)
1/2 tsp ube flavour
Yield: 3containers with the size of 6x4x2 inches.
