Sam Lau has 2 locations across from each other both are fine - Mirador Mansion is across the road. If you watch the movie there is a shot of the entrance to the building.

No good. No Mai Jian (see 1:40 & 1:42). No foot work. If one doesn't stick with the Wing Chun BASIC principle, one shouldn't expect anything good.
