A Salesperson?
All of these things?
Or just some of them?
Now, if you don’t know how to refer to yourself as a real estate licensee, you can see how the general public might get confused as well. For example, when you say "real estate agent", in most states you are actually talking about a licensed real estate salesperson that works under a licensed real estate broker.
But when was the last time you heard somebody say “wow, what a great real estate salesperson”? Or how about “My real estate licensee really knows her stuff!” No, you’re much more likely to hear “My real estate agent rocks!” or “I’ll ask my Realtor®, she knows everything”. Today we’re going to talk about the differences between real estate salespersons, brokers and Realtors®.

@@dennisroddan2112 honestly it was pretty difficult. I did a lot of practice tests and vocab but understanding the vocab is what helped me pass the test.

@@dennisroddan2112 if you can afford practices exams or straight up just find them on yt and aim to pass with 90% every time. after you do that consistently take your state exam! Cheers mate!

Upstate NY here, just started looking into this as a side job/new career and unsure which I want to do in the long run. Is it viable to go for the broker license/exam and simply work as an agent under another broker?

Passed the test. Having a hard time finding a brokerage to get started. They are all telling me the same thing. This time last year there where 1500 house on the mls. As of today there are 51 most of them are close to million in asking price. There are 850ish agents. And no house to sell. They say to me, how am i going to switch into real esate full time? They cant see me having a part time job and being successful. Idk im going keep trying. Our market is carzy right now.
