Nice install video Jamalle!
my respect to you guys for taking the time to make this video , wish it help me a lot ,,,i hope in the world i find more people like you , but not every one want to share the knowledge on working with Busas , thankyou
that was very enjoyable to watch, keep making them
This nitrous kit + ecu flashing software on a starter bike = great intro bike to power adder motorcycle drag racing I must say. It really wakes up the under powered little bikes a ton, the kit I put on a kids Ninja 400 went from a best of 13.30s with bolt ons and a Canned ecu flash to 11.70’s with this dry kit and me actually dialing in the tune. And I’ve also seen the N20 Outlet dry shot kit (basically identical to this CFN kit) take a KTM 390 with just a slip on from running like a 14.0x something to like a 12.xx something with the smallest jet in the kit. IIRC the CFN kit lowest jet is a “20” and the N20 Outlet kit lowest jet was a “15”. Either way, point is this kit makes little bikes weapons just like it makes big bikes monsters!
My man Jamal tuned my 2013 750 installed my exhaust system good dude
nice video its seems pretty strait forward . but what size jets were used and was there any tuning involved before the dyno run?
Did you use quick connects for the hoses that run from the solenoid to the jets?
on the outer terminals on the three-way do u hook up the positive wires for the horn and the solenoid
Great info I will be installing this on my ZX-14 what jets did u start with. Also when u Guy are passing jets I would cover the air intake one slip and its an all day project
So do you hit the nitrous once a race, or like each time you shift
You made it seem real simple cuz , what's would be a good shot for my r1 ?
great video keep them going!
Your new friend here to support you
Good stuff looks like she ready to fly
Awesome video, I just picked up a nitrous kit for my 06 busa. Pretty straight forward. Mine only has the one nitrous inlet, otherwise the same! Thanks guys!
Also, to all the guys asking what size jets, I'd start with 30 hp jets. It's nothing too crazy, and if you've got a stock bottom end, you shouldn't blow it up!
+gibsonsgrobot do you need power comander or bazaz or it is ok by bike ecu if you know this info from somwhere
Thanks for the video!
Nice vid, enjoyed it, 😎
That's awesome dude
Mike I will bring the zx10 soon! Can't wait!
My boy Jamal the best
What about the MAP? Did you change anything?
to keep from getting too confused, first set up the circuit to simply DISABLE the horn, by switching it off. The center position is neither device.
Then, it is easier to understand the last part wiring the solenoid to the other toggle switch post.
Gen 1busa 153hp at tire 175hp crank we have a shop. Pipe. tune flashed short stacks.air box.bmc filter .10w30oil .165-167hp 85 degs new plugs. 6 gear pull. Oiled chain .STD mode. Don't dyno with shinko tire will read lower hp -10.sticky tire no no
Stretch bike over 4" will show - 5hp less on dyno.
man I gotta put this on.
NIIIICE VIDEO!!!...
Cool! And when the engine rev limits, and the ignition briefly dies, the entire engine and exhaust system fills with NOS. Once the engine slows down enough, the ignition starts working again...BOOM!
The nitrous system usually has a rev limiter pill set a few hundred rpm lower than the ignition rpm, to prevent this scenario.
Agreed that some controllers including aftermarket ignitions have an output signal that can disable NOS delivery prior to ignition rev limit and reenable well after ignition is established. It's a best practice, to do this, but it doesn't always get done.
Good shit!
So where do you hide the bottle?
What is the name of the music runing in the background?
cool
nice!
question would it be better if you put the nozzles behind the air filter and just before the throttle boddies?
Mark Corrales fix your hat douche bag
I would spray before any temp sensors and try to get the mist in a cloud before the temp sensors
@Jamel Torres nascent trendy rd/ŷivet
This is all new to me. What's the differences/benefits to running the spray pre-filter vs. having a spray bar shooting right into the throttle bodies??? -Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
Get More power when even equalled to each TB. This was a Lo e budget install cheaper kit. Spend bout $450 on a nx spray bar. Higher ya go on jets more chance you will need a aluminum intake air box
Pre-filter helps distribute the nitrous a little more so its equal into each throttle body. It actually comes down to pre-air temp sensor vs direct into throttle body. If you don't have any fuel management such as a Power Commander and you are only doing a small shot (maybe less than 40) then you can just spray before or direct at the temp sensor so the bike can slightly adjust the fuel itself. if you are doing directly into throttle body (that is definitely distributed evenly) but will need some way to manually add the necessary fuel and can handle a much larger shot.
gen ll Busa should make 180+ hp on motor .with Brock's pipe.bmc filter. flashed ecu. total mapped all gears.93octane. don't have a shinko tire on bike will slip in Dyno. extined bikes over 4" will show lil lower hp. tire size 200 plus will lower hp. stay with 190_50_17. hope this helps😎
can i apply the same method to a carburated (NO EFI model) gsxr 600 srad 1998
(applying the nozzles on the airbox)
ive been looking for same thing
too bad nobody gives a fuck about good old gsxrs
As long as it's on after the carbs. Just remember, wet kit for carbs and dry kit for FI. I have nitrous on my 2000 GSXR 600 (SRAD) and it works fine.
+Aryan8Pride8 up to 0.32 jets that is I guess 32 shots do you need power comander or bazzaz or it is ok for ecu by itself cbr600rr 2009
Now I want a busa
привет друг а у вас можно заказать комплект Motorcycle Nitrous Kit на мой байк Kawasaki zx10r 2007
That s bad ass
Red line is definitely a 1 stop shop tunning all of it great guy and he knows his shit any body can win or loose a race but if u lose u still should bring it to him.
Why are you fogging before the air filter? Won’t it freeze the filter up and clog it
nope
Id like to put a kit on my 2000 Kawasaki Concours zg1000.
Question can i run this on a stock engine with a power commander
yes but you have to change timing
The power commander is needed to make it run richer on nitrous.
Cool vid. Thanks for sharing it
Over a period of time you haven't noticed the switch has been flipped to nitrous, you see a mate cruising in oposite direction but on the far lane ,you hope to get his attention cause not seen each other in a while so you give him a toot toot , next min your on your ass and your bikes somersaulted down the road
Who uses the horn to get their buddies attention lol..pull up
@@KK-yx6ic silly answer is everyone ,just a simple fix of a sp/dt key switch that you divert horn switch to arm nos ,key in turned system armed ,key out horn works .less risky if you loan bike to a friend you just don't give him the key incase they have a moment of memory laps and beep horn for any reason ( like they riding along and see someone, they beep to say look at my fly ride and just cannon the bike from under them ),plus you might think they liable to kill themselves cause can't handle bike with nos
The plastic lines that come with their kits that hooks into the solenoids are crap.
Why is the nitrous going through the air filter before it gets to the v-stacks? Direct port is the way to go 🤑
Because it is cheap :)
When using the dry nos are you also using a power commander to retard the timing or will the factory ecu adjust the fuel when the IAT sensor pickups the nos temperature thank you
Which one is better ECU or pc5 for a nos application
What's up with the music? When you talk, no music please... can hear
I want to do the same on my atv
How does the kit get the extra fuel needed?
A sensor should pick up the extra O2 and tell the injectors to send more gas.
You may need a Power Commander
is this possible on a carbed 600 bike
totally, but you need to be set up a tad rich, like 13:1 air-fuel (the next bigger jets), and of course, a non-fucked-with air box.
stephenmwyatt2 in going to try and pick up an 86 ninja 600r stage 3 jets rebuilt enginr, going to throw nitrous in it and see what happens
Why would you use a three way switch (be mature) and not a silo style switch?(one or other with safety cover) Seems like one less thing to go wrong....
Probably because this is sneakier.
+Chuckin Norris
That makes sense
shouldnt your "gen2 busa" be producing more horsepower than my gen1? I produce 175 stock. what's up with that
No you don't... Gen 1 Hayabusas make roughly 150 who stock..
+Robert Hicks You're a fucking moron too. Specs ARE always crank HP you fucking idiot, and if you're going to argue that your stock gen 1 put down 175 who on the dybo you're just another dumb ignorant poser who doesn't know shit. list your mods or get ignored. You're one of those guys who doesn't know shit about bikes, but tells lies all day. My 2013 BMW S1000RR made 179 whp stock, so youre saying your 1st gen Busa makes more?
My best friends 2nd gen Hayabusa with Brocks Alien Head exhaust, BMC race filter, PC5, flashed ecu, and velocity stacks put down 190 WHP, your piece of shit didn't come close
+cory lepire pretty sure 179 is more than 175. I have a new sprocket and chain cut the muffler. that's it. still a 42 tooth rear sprocket. and just shortened the exhaust. I know what specs are. but I'm going off the dyno I just had done.
+Robert Hicks You don't know shit.
shouldnt your "gen 2
No purge?
purge is only needed if your heating your bottle above recommended psi.
Cody Erickson thanks for the info
So.. You have to run the bike without an air filter then..?
or you run the line After the air filter...so it bypasses
You can run an air filter with this setup.
is it gonna blow my 150cc honda ?
is this legal on motorcycles? I know on cars its not legal.
Legal on my truck here in ny
Its legal depends on what state youre in to. Its legal to have and installed but illegal to use on the streets in i think most states but theres really no way to prove that you used it unless you admit it. So yea
Not 200 but over 300 ha
How you honk 3 times and them use the nitrous?😂
Why would you want to be the one honking? Use a flag man or go to the track.
@@ColdFusionNitrous1 man you must be fun at the quinceanera!
why no link to web ?
It’s in the Chanel’s bio
I can make 215 on a second gen Busa all motor. Man contact me if y'all wanna make some serious power. That bike should have been making 260 on nitrous. So many wrong things y'all did. Hope it lasts. Contact me if you wanna make serious power.
Hey what's yours email
Who said PiMp'In Aint EAZY!
Lmao yea don’t even know what a test light is called.
lol
This actually isn't illegal if you live in the states there are no laws or anything stating that you can't have nitrous oxide people think this makes your car a super car but in reality its only producing 50-100 more hp
I bet nitrous is faster than a turbo chrger
If you're car has over 200 hp and weighs less than 2500 lbs than yea it does make out like a super car. For super fucking cheap. Of course it wouldnt make it a super car but have balls like some. Idk who you think that it makes them a supercar i think thats just you're opinion.
Zach Jones yeah only make 100 extra horespower..... LOL *only*
driver pulls out infront of you, presses horn.. slams into car. this should be called idiots install nitrous
I think you just described yourself over there buddy.
Dude why??? Why the horrendous acting? I seriously don't even wanna watch this. I'm not I'm gonna watch another one. Dude just be real I feel like I'm watching a 2am infomercial about some fat melting skin lotion.
Ok when I was done writing this the video was just showing the guy working on the bike. That's 100% better. Stop it guys
Uh my bone stock 02 GSX-R 1000 makes 160hp how is that busa only making 8 more HP with over 300cc's on me???
Every dyno is different!
@@ColdFusionNitrous1 I would absolutely love to run nitrous on my gixxer I have just been so on the fence about it I've had 5 or 6 cars that had nitrous on it just not sure how much it would do for the bike with just a 30 or 40 shot
