I am watching this wonderful on the "SPIDER STITCH". I have been crocheting for 39 years and I have never come across a pattern like this. This will be filed under fave sts. Thank you for making so many tutorials that are so easy to follow.
I like how the sides look. Some patterns of projects have sides that don't look right, but the sides of this project look very good! Thank you for sharing.

HELP In last chain of foundation chain, do you do a sc, or sc+chn 1+sc?
isn't this a v stitch variation?
So it’s the “v” stitch with single crochets.
After each row did it mention to chain 1 before going to next?
How do you decrease with the spider stitch?
Shouldn't you chain 1 before turning your work for the next row?
Can this stitch be done in rounds?
I am having a hard time seeing the chain one space. I've watched several times and I still do not know how to see the chain one space. Any advice?
