    Love the good ol sea dragon. Was a hell of a time serving in these and helping keep them flying.

    Lot more room then back in the day, on the LPH-12. I did LSE on spot 2. Most of the time had 46's and Huey landing up front.

    I love how the LSEs stand where the pilots cant see them. Very efficient.

      Not like we’re really watching them anyways, as long as they don’t wave us off. Their signals are advisory in nature

    The real landing instructions are coming from the air crewman in the back. LSE advisory only except during take offs and congested ground handling

    Most of the helicopters are so small and narrow inside, but this one is really big and roomy.

      @@hellcatdave1 Yes. but as I remember, they can remove all of the minesweeping gear and install canvas seats along the walls and centerline. (X minesweep crewman)

      The rear view mirror you see out of the pilot's lower right is a dead giveaway of a Sea Dragon. Also, in that mirror you can see the extra large sponsons that are the most recognizable feature of the Sea Dragon.

      overhead there are three throttles, so that's another clue it isn't a twin engined Pave Low.

      Also the space between the pilots seems huge... The MH-53 is much bigger than the MH-60, hence the space in the cockpit
