I have to admit that Grace is my favorite A.D. doll. Ok its a tie between Katie and Grace. Katie was my first, and Grace is my last A.D. I have been buying reborns for about 6 months. I'm glad you did this video because I was thinking about buying buying Pretty in Pink, now I will buy her.

Great video. I had about 40 AD dolls and have sold just over a quarter of them recently, so plenty of work to do, to get some living space back... although I miss each and every one as they have left : )

Beautiful collection of dolls. My favorites are Rosie and Ava. How is the weight on these two and if you were going to get just one which would you choose. I only have one and it is Beach baby, I love her.

Their all so cute i have the ava partial silcone baby doll to id like to get the one that has a belly plate to at the end of youre video and one of youre smaller partial silicones to in the begining of your'e video to the one with the blue floral dress but as a aa baby. Ava has blond hair, more of a cool tone with no red in it.
I can't have big collections like this because I live with my perents still and they don't want 30 dolls around there house 😅

What length fits newborn clothes? And what size diapers would they baby wear is wearing newborn size?
Newborn fits 18 to 21 inches I believe. The diaper size is newborn size to size 1 for these dolls.

are they all silicone?
Pretty & Petite Presley and Ava are partial silicone, with cloth bodies, the rest are made with soft vinyl that is smooth to the touch. Most of the vinyl dolls have soft, cloth bodies but a few of them are full vinyl.

Is it just me or do the AD dolls look like average dolls? They look so cute and realistic on the AD website, but not very attractive in life. The rooted hair looks dry and choppy. The hair is also rooted in bunches (like a Barbie doll). The molds are cute, but you can tell they are mass manufactured. They remind me of baby dolls you would have seen in the 60s. Cute dolls, but nothing like a high quality reborn. It makes more sense to invest in a reborn that cost a few thousands then in 10-20 AD dolls.
Nah, I disagree. I think it's way too much money to spend $1000 on a doll if you plan to collect many and you are on a budget. AD dolls certainly do not look like you described and I own 12 of them now. I don't know which AD dolls you bought or saw
@@Shellielovesdolls Actually, I ordered the Katie baby doll months ago and still waiting. Everything is taking longer than usual these days 😑. I ordered for my daughter because I thought it would make a great starter doll before I invested in a reborn for her. I have been so curious about what it would look like. After looking on CZcams, I was a bit disappointed. At the same time, it is for a 4 year old, so I think she will be happy. She’s has the American Girl doll “Bitty Baby” now. If anyone can guide me to the most realist AD doll, that would be great. I am looking for a female baby doll that’s not too big (16-18”) but as realistic as possible.
@@modernskyn Well I hope you get the Katie doll soon! She is supposed to be one of their top dolls. I mean if you weren't impressed by any of the dolls in my video, there are still tons more AD dolls out there. If I was going for ultra realism I'd get a reborn doll. But I think AD dolls would make excellent starter dolls for younger girls. They are still delicate and need to be treated as such. So it's a good way to learn.
@ Modern Skyn I agree with you, but most people can’t afford a $3000 Reborn Baby. Reborn babies made by the right Artist are the most beautiful baby dolls I have ever seen I would love to be able to have one to name and hold and call my own. But being as sick as I am I could never afford it. I wouldn’t buy one of the cheaper dolls because every time I find one I like I come on here to see what it really looks like and it looks nothing like what I would have bought. I’m always disappointed. Especially with the hair. I have lost 4 family members ( mostly young) and a great friend who was only 24. I have no one. I need something to hold and care for again. But, I want to say, this woman is happy and that is all that matters, they give her joy and fill a spot in her soul that has a lot of love to give. Did you ever have as a child a Teddy Bear or something that gave you the comfort you needed?
I have an Ashton-Drake doll and when people have come to our house or I've taken him out, he's been mistaken for a real baby...
